Wow! What a great experience! We had to find a hotel on Omaha when our air conditioner broke. The biggest problem was finding one in the midst of the College World Series. We were also going on our first family vacation in a few days, and really could not afford this extra, unplanned expense. When I called, Michaela in guest services at the front desk at the hotel, was amazing! She was the epitome of customer service, which seems to be an endangered species in many industries. 所有评语 » It was very clean. After a hot day at the zoo it was nice to come back and swim at coco keys. It was clean as well. I wish there bar was open daily and not just for the weekend. The staff were all friendly. Our room was freshened each day. The room was clean. It was a nice place to stay and would stay there again if we came to Omaha. room was modern and clean..facility is huge. I stayed in the tower rooms which may be different than lower level rooms. It was a pleasant stay and we were able to have a early check in which was great. The inside of the ramada was beautiful and the coffee kiosk was excellent. price location water park room comfort courteous and helpful staff. The room was wonserful,loved having a fridge and micro wave. Rooms were clean and big. Restaurant staff was pleasant. Staff, restaurant, bar, and gift shop in the lobby. nice place, great for kids and business alike. We were there only for a short overnight. Superb staff and excellent amenities. Friendly staff, clean and good value. Good location for us - near Dundee. Convenient location, clean. Clean comfortable room. The rooms were nice. The water park. The waterpark. Everything. Swim ares. 1. Really liked the CoCo Key indoor waterpark connected to the hotel (sometimes convenience pays.) 2. Super easy to get to right off the interstate. 3. Conviently located close to Zoo and some shopping. 4. Cost was a good price for the package we got. This hotel was very clean and had a very good restaurant located inside. It also has a covered water park. Giving us complementary tickets to CoCo Keys (only two hours) was a hit with me family.....thanks!. I liked that it's close to I-80. The staff was friendly. Beds. The room was nice and cozy. The pillows were very small and not real comfortable. a little noisy from hallway wifi was unreliable and slow. The air conditioner in the halls and ballrooms was so cold I got sick and thought I was going to have to go home. They told me at checkout they thought they had it fixed. Shower drained out into the bathroom (was a handicap room as it was all that was available). The water park package isn't included in the price of the room and has to be purchased separately. The staff didn't seem to know what the price was for the water park and we were given three different prices. Ice machine up stairs did not work. nothing. Billing issue has yet to be resolved. Small things were broken in our room. Not enough outlets for your electrical items. We needed additional outlets for computer, chargers, etc. Housekeeping provided all our needs after we pointed them out. No complimentary breakfast (I've had this at other Ramadas and at the 2 other hotels on this trip). No breakfast, if there was I was not aware of it. When I booked the room, I asked about the water park but but didn't receive the information I needed until I actually arrived, and then was a little disappointed and wished I'd known ahead of time. And the fact that when our room was cleaned no towels were replaced and we had to wait on them. We were charged about 40 bucks more than quoted. Keys that wouldn't work. Price of menu. We went threw your company and somwhere along the line we ended up getting double charged for a room and it took 3 people to figure out what went wrong. 1. Paper thin walls! 2. Had to have our room key reprogrammed DAILY so that was annoying. 3. Maids ate our food. :-( 4. hotel messed up our room type so we didn't get the king rather had to settle for two queen size beds. 5. Preffered a hotel with continental breakfast. 6. Pretty much the ONLY reason we stayed here was because of the waterpark. Very low water pressure when taking a shower. No other entertainment ( i.e. taverns-stores-restaurants etc.) close. (walking) The water park was a bit pricey for what it is. The room was too small. Not what I thought I was supposed to get. No windows either!. Tiny bathrooms & they don't advertise good about the water park on some websites. We had made a reservation for a room with a single king size bed. When we went to the room, it was a double, so we had a go back to the front desk to request another room. The apologies were less than sincere. Also, the toilet in the room we stayed in seemed as if it were not bolted to the floor as it moved with every shift you made. In addition, it was leaking in the back. The live music until 11pm on a mid-week night right outside our room. Water park was not included and it did not say anywhere on the site. Was disappointed that we had to shell out an additional $50.00 just to swim and the the pool was closed for an adult party. If known in advance would of stayed elsewhere. The front desk woman was rude and not very accommodating. We booked the room on kayak.com because we saw that there was a pool and hot tub. But when we got there it didn't exist. We were also put into a handcap room with no tub. Room was double-booked, staff was relatively incompetent, difficult to speak with some staff due to language barrier. It was very disappointing to be told that my 4 year old son needed to pay the full price for 20 minutes in the water park, when we were delayed 45 minutes due to the double-booking issue. When you book in advance and have a confirmation on being picked up at the airport and there shuttle never shows up for you and there staff tells you that you would have to wait 2 hours or take a taxi is really unacceptable. The shuttle is free so they say but it cost us $30.00 to get to the hotel. Management didn't care. Not even deducted off your bill. We picked this place because of the pool. It Did not say anything about the pool being an additional $15 per person. So our great pool we ended up passing on totally not worth the m.
