They were in the process of remodeling when we stayed there in July 2013. Rooms are large with a hideabed and king bed. Atrium area is nice, this use to be a high end hotel and it is still nice. Breakfast was ok, no fruit or yogurt. We would stay there again when in town because it is a good bargain for the money. Very clean; staff was accommodating. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and property was well cared for. We knew it was in renovation mode but was still a very nice place to stay. We definitely stay there in the future.
所有评语 » Close proximity to the airport. Very easy to find, the staff was very nice and pleasant even at 1 am. Bed was super comfortable! There was a nice little fridge and microwave in the room if you needed it. The room was a suite and was huge. It was very clean and very nice with modern designs such as the granite counter top. The lobby lead into an atrium type lounge area that was very nice as well. Rooms were new, nice, and well equipped, especially for the money. Good location, the area felt safe especially compared to other budget hotels in the area. the lobby was beautiful, the hot breakfast was good, the room was great for the money, and I will definetly stay there again. Good personal service from the manager @duty. Took care of us to for a taxi shuttle service to the nearby airport. Interior/exterior design. Large, sparse room. Super attention/response by the desk. Good breakfast menu. The suite was excellent,my stay was quite pleasant. enjoyed every moment. Looking forward to my next trip. Front desk personnel was very good . Rooms spaces they are still working on floors in restoring. . The room was comfortable, roomy, relatively quiet and convenient. Value for price. Nice comfortable, recently refurnbished large room. Breakfest included. it was clean and comfterable, undergoing renovations that were needed. The price, the location and the ease of registration were fine. Beds were very comfortable and rooms very spacious. I liked the size and layout of the room. Excellent staff- spacious rooms. People that helped me out. great value for the money. room size, parking. Nice big rooms. this was once a super place to stay, and got ran down somewhat over the years, and now the owners are working to get it back up to par. carpet is all of the big items left, and was told it would been complete, but from the may tornado and every thing was put on hold for about a month, to give shelter to the people who had to stay in hotels. The hot breakfast, size of room was comfortable, location to restaurants and downtown OKC was very nice. Lobby was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Close to airport. The big room. I really like the location of the hotel and it's quiet in the room and in terms of traffic around hotel. size of the rooms, convenience of refrigerator and microwave, close to eateries and interstate. Staff was very nice. I also liked the inside hallways and elevator location. room size, king bed. Breakfast. staff. Low rate. A leak under the sink & I did report it upon leaving. The furniture in our room was some what broken down, the top of one dressers was completely gone! They had been doing some updating in the hotel but I think our room must have been one of the very last to be completed. There was no restaurant on site, this would really enhance the property. It did have complimentary Breakfast which was a plus. Some construction going on, the breakfast wasn't hot unless you count the waffle iron, but these are minor. The money you save staying here will go a long way to a good meal. my room had a moldy smell, and the TV was older than my kid. Hotel under renovation. Months of TRASH behind the bedside table. Worn/wrinkled carpets. Fact two female clerks were left 'running the show' with poor backup. Wasn't able to stay longer. Somewhat dated but no big deal. the hot tub has scum in it. The carpets in the halls could use some attention. Too much construction going on at one time. Some construction and noise. They over charged me an now I can't get my money back very frustrating an management very rude while dealing with this issue so I paid for 5nights and stayed 4. did not have any dissappoiments. That there were several pieces of gym equipment not up to standards, didn't work or were unable to change programs correctly. Remodeling mess, broken tiles, torn carpet at room doorway(trip hazards) Hoping this is completed prior to our week stay in June for National Dance Convention. Rooms needed to be updated. In our room the dresser did not any knobs on them, the carpet was very warn and was sliced was a wall had been. The bath tub did not have a stopper in it and it was chipped in several places. I was told that breakfast would be served until 11am. When I went down at 10:45am it was all put away. Desk clerk stated that she told me the weekend time by mistake when I asked the night before. It was being remodeled and stuff was stored in the halls and everywhere. The musty old cigarette smell mixed with the strong smell of fresh paint.. The carpets had paint on them, no baseboards replaced. Just was a very uncomfortable stay. I spoke with attendant but he really didn't seem to concerned about my unhappiness. Some patrons cannot tolerate paint fumes. We were not told about any of this upon registration. They were remodeling and the trim was gone around floor etc. I could smell paint fumes and I went to the desk to ask the bearded desk clerk and he said no other rooms were available. I found out later that their were other rooms available from the person working after ten and I didn't want to move at eleven oclock at night. I left my window airconditioner on all night to bring fresh air in. staff at check-in needs hospitality training, maintenance throughout entire hotel has been seriously neglected to the point of being hazardous to guests. The Hotel was a little shabby. Some cleanup was in progress. staff not very knowlegable, i am 100% disable vet and tax exempt, desk clerk charged me tax. On returning from a day out our bed was stripped and the bedding on the floor, the room had not been cleaned, lady at reception apologised but we had to make our own bed. carpets, sofa,curtains, not clean and neat. Nothing but low rate.
