The continental breakfast is a plus with young children. The heated pool was a hit with it being a bit chilly in the morning, the kids still were able to swim aftrr an early breakfast for the duration of the morning before checkout. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The small refrigerator in the room was convenient for children's snacks and drinks. Also having a balcony is nice to sit out on at night while kids are asleep.
所有评语 » We stayed for two nights at the swiss chalets, we went on a ski weekend and ended up doing some shopping too. The room was spacious (king size room $75per night),very clean also it is the perfect location , right in the middle of everything weather you wanna go to the ski resorts, shop or have a great meal, very good little restaurants near by.very quiet ( we went over the weekend) , WiFi excellent.. This is a great, basic motel with a friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. It is set back from the main road so it's quieter than some motels. Intervale is just beyond the busy area of North Conway but close enough to be convenient. It's very close to Attitash and Wildcat ski areas. I went with my daughter and we had a great time. Our room very nice, cute and comfortable. We had a room with a balcony so every morning I could go out and see the sunrise. The inn was also very convenient to town or the mountains. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. We will definitely be back. Excellent location and great view of mountains. Very close to Mt.Washington and Storyland Unique Swiss chalet like design with good value for money convenience within the rooms. Rooms were neat and comfy. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Will definitely stay again. The owner of the hotel was very nice and friendly. He allowed us to shift our stay by a night because we weren't able to get to Intervale on time. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was basic, but satisfactory. Staff was nice, responded quickly and efficiently to issues while checking in...the room was a good size, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and a good size. Continental breakfast was good too. Quiet, comfortable, well cared for grounds and clean room, reasonable,good breakfast, nice pool.....would return.....good location near but out of North Conway and all the people and traffic. The gentlemen who checked us in was very friendly and informative. The morning we checked out the same person was there and again was very friendly and wanted to make sure our stay was nice. Very nice people running the hotel, excellent customer service. Location is great for a busy summer, since its out of town a bit you can avoid the traffic jams. Pool is nice. Wi-Fi was good. Very relaxing!! And QUIET!!! The Inn is away from the road so you don't get that constant trafic sound that you have in downtown North Conway. We will definitly stay there again. Staff was very accommodating to offer different room to fit my family at no extra charge. Quaint hotel with beautiful views. Best part of our November trip was it snowed !!!. It was great for what we paid. The bed was comfortable. We had a problem with the air conditioner and the manager came immediately to deal with the problem. Great accomodation with big rooms. Simple but clean and friendly. Not the typical motel stay. Very easy to get to and wonderful view of the mountains. Front desk and housecleaning staff was very friendly and helpful! Internet connection strong and quick. Continental breakfast basic but adequate. Nice staff, good breakfast with real maple sirup. Enough space in the room for the baby¸'s bed and it was not in the way. Near story land. The room was a good size and very clean. Great view of the MT and the color of the trees was just right for this Time of year. (Oct). We found the Chalets, more up-market than your roadside Motel, beaut location and friendly manager. Good breakfast as well!. We LOVED the staff, always kind and above and beyond to ensure everything was good and ready to assist with anything. Staff was pleasent, location was nice.... off the beaten path but still close enough. Room was pretty nice and comfy. A short distance off the main road and away from North Conway, so it's quieter. Nice clean units with a balcony. Very friendly and helpfull stuff. Clean rooms, in the middle of the mountains. Nice and original European style. The location was beautiful. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The Chalet style was quite unique. Room was clean and comfortable Great views Quiet and peaceful Last minute reservations were quite reasonable. My neighbor although very nice was smoking on his deck and being right next to them, I couldn't stand the slider open, smoke blew in the room. Breakfast very poor, and I know that in the area there is many cute places with excellent breakfast. Very disappointed over the breakfast that is included. Limited breakfast. Good for kids. There was nothing that we did not like. We had a great stay. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room. A few quibbles... The room was described as "deluxe," for some reason, although it was as basic as a room can be, with a mini fridge being the only item that was necessarily expected. All the furniture was quite dated and the tv was at least 10 years old. Everything functioned just fine, but calling this deluxe was simply unnecessary as it makes one wonder what a regular room would be. The people who were above us were very loud and didn't settle down till over midnight, we had to get up early next morning for the Wildfire. Breakfast is standard holiday inn fare. Unhealthy. Would prefer more fruit or something higher quality. Hot tub was symbolic as it was full of foamy grey water; needs to be cleaned better. Room was freezing when we first arrived...we actually turned up heat and left for dinner. Also toilet had to be flushed twice- not a big deal but annoying. our downstairs room was a bit noisy from room upstairs. Far from restaurantfor dinner. ummmmmmm we liked it all. Nothing note-worthy. Bed was a little bit weak and the breakfast room small. Something for early birds. The wi-fi was not reliable. The room could have been a little cleaner. It wasn't bad, but a few areas had been missed, but not enough to taint your stay. Ice machine was old and REALLY far from rooms - and you needed to deposit a quarter for ice even though you got it back. Seriously? Needs some updates in and around the "fitness room" which was just 2 silly aerobic machines. But with all of the White Mountains just outside, who needs any of that stuff anyway?!. The sound of the heater kicking on and off at night. Outdated tv and fixtures. Rooms could use some minor touching up.the grouting was chipped on the bathroom floor and looks like curtain hangers were ripped out then replaced with new ones,but no one bothered to fill in holes or paint over. Crome around the shower handle missing just duck taped.Small breakfasting area. Should have more than one waffle maker.Wifi did not work in my room tried several times. Window air/heat unit noisy. Wifi is very slow. The room and facilities were a bit dated. There is no such thing I didn't like special in that price range. No night table beside the bed. No bell at the front desk to get someones atention. The spare blanket was dirty or stained. So when we made the pull out couch for my daughter and realized that she had to sleep with us!. No coffee maker in room No bed side tables. Would have been more convenient for our pet room to be on the back lower level for ease in taking the dog outside down over your back field, but the room was still fine. Woman called and asked if it would be ok if she didn't put out breakfast,since we were the only ones there . Felt like we had to say it was ok. But did say we had expected it. Ended up going to dunkin donuts . Stain in the bath. I did not like being asked for our email address upon registering. No microwave small room.
