The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson! Excellent customer service!!!. The staff was very accommodating.I requested and received adjoining rooms when the hotel was fully occupied.The indoor pool was a plus for the children.We used it in the evening after a day of touring.All request were filled promptly.The location offered easy access to the highway to get to Charleston.The trip was about fifteen minutes.
所有评语 » Friendly staff, great location to our event a few blocks from the hotel. Superb breakfast with all the trimmings. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. Room was nice, clean and worth the money. The mattresses were very pleasing and the cleanliness of everything was impressive. The front desk staff was amazing! So friendly and helpful!. Staff was very nice. Room was clean and pretty comfortable. Bathroom was nice Location to Charleston was reasonably convenient. The way that they accomidated us after over booking. I liked the complimentary breakfast. Friendly staff, very helpful. The fact that we could get a shuttle from Radisson to the airport at 5:00 a.m. The shuttle driver was very nice, friendly, helpful. the breakfast buffet was good, many choices. The location was fine. The shuttle to and from the airport was speedy with curteous drivers. Michael in the restaurant was superior,. Andre was excellent to deal with and assisted us with transportation. The staff overall was very nice. The beds were phenomenal. Staff very friendly. Easy check in. Location only. Nothing---wait I did like Alenia the check-in woman. She was the only ray of sunlight in this place. There was not one thing that I did not like. The restaurant needs to be updated and properly staffed.The breakfast buffet was very poor. Room was equipped with sleep number beds but they didn't seem to work. That our stay couldn't have been longer;). We stayed one night; got in late and left early. Not much to not like, other than it appeared there had been water damage...fans on, kind of a musty smell. The shuttle to the airport left without us. We were booked at 4:30 am. Got to the lobby at 4:32. Restaurant. Lobby and public areas were not clean and were worn Bathroom floor had not been thoroughly swept (trash was on the floor) Large number of people routinely gathered socializing (during day and evening hours) in the area right outside the entrance way. It is unclear whether these were guests or employees of the hotel. Overbooking, intense chlorine smell, losing the reservation. There was not a shuttle bus to bring me to the hotel. The hotel experienced room key problems and had to move a lot of guests to the Sheraton. I did not receive a receipt for my second night accommodation. Mold on inside shower curtain, one of sleep number beds did not work. the t.v. had very bad reception, snowy picture on all channels, the toilet seat was very loose and slid to the side!, very noisey, (thin walls) wait staff at bar and breakfast were very slow. checking out at 5:30 a.m., no one was at front desk, noticed clerk sleeping in a chair in back office. It was definitely an older building, ect. but fit our needs at the time. Just felt the nightly cost was too high, for the accomadations. The shower was terrible--the spray was a trickle and the shower curtain stained--perhaps with mildew. Yuk! I received my bill under the door and also someone elses. She paid much less than me. Very unsettling. The restaurant was desolute. Food bad. The place looks like something out of a back alley once you walk away from the lobby. If the hotel was as nice as the staff...this place would be amazing. Breakfast was poor and overpriced. Waitress took literally twenty-five minutes to bring out my coffee. And it also was not made clear when booking that pool/sauna/workout facilities were under construction. Which turns out to be pretty upsetting when you think you're paying for those things. Dirty. Worst place i have ever stayed. Noisy air condition Fitness centre minimal Pool in the restaurant which wasn't appealing. Food below average, beds terrible, looked dirty and old. No hot water, electrical plugs didn't work. Daughter got scabies from nasty sheets. Carpet was nasty. Was charged more than I was quoted on Booking. Com. Had to eat with a spoon I stole out of the sugar bowl off the breakfast buffet---even after I asked for silverware and a napkin.
