First and foremost our check-in was very easy. Our room was spacious, up to date and clean. (only problem was our room did have a slight odor of cigarette smoke, which I addressed with the front desk, who kindly offered to change our room if it was bothersome) The bathroom was spacious and clean, plenty of towels and hot water. The "free" breakfast was satisfying, had an attendant to attend to anyone's needs. Constantly replenishing the breakfast counter.
所有评语 » Having traveled to Canton for the state playoff's for some years now I have tried a different place each time....NOT ANYMORE! Your place had everything needed and the fastest internet which was #1 since we are media and need to upload and download to national publications.....awesome stay and will be back and never venture to another hotel! Thanks, Scott Reed SW Ohio Foto. almost everything as well as the cookies,the breakfast was delicious,the shuttle to St. Paul's Church,the morning paper,the location to the highway & the deer we saw out back. excellent stay. The staff was out of this world. Everyone was friendly and out going. The breakfast was good - not too much not too little. I would definitely stay there again. The hotel was very nice and clean. We stayed the weekend, the pool and spa were very relaxing. I would definately return for another stay. rooms are decorated nicely & hotel is short drive to downtown;staff, especially breakfast staff, is very friendly and helpful. everything was fine breakfast area good have been larger but food was excellant as was the staff in there..... Rooms nicely furnished & very comfortable beds. Very good breakfast and welcoming breakfast staff. Room was so relaxing. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. No complaintes at all. The clean room, the hot :-) breakfast choices, the free paper, and the location. The room was nice- we were not able to use other amenities due to time. Staff were great! Breakfast being included helped with vacation budget. The staff is very friendly and accommodations are wonderful. room is large and clean. Receiption girl is kind and warm. Staff was friendly, someone spoke to us each time we came through the lobby. The staff in the breakfast area was friendly and helpful. Our room was kept very clean during our 4 day stay. Everything was very nice I liked the water in the lobby with the veggies and fruit it was a nice place. Buffet breakfast was lacking a wee bit if I could ding your hotel for anything. Also access to making the journey back to Fawcett and Paul Brown Stadium was a little longer but very minor!. My husband & I enjoyed everything. liked everything. Hard to get out of hotel onto main road. Nothing. The bed was a bit to firm. the breakfast was not well stocked- we ate at 9am- things had run out and were not restocked. We received a call from the front desk at 10pm asking if we needed anything- we had already gone to bed. there was a party going on in the halls of the hotel until 2:30am keeping people awake as they talked and tried to get into peoples rooms. not a very restful nights sleep - we only stayed there so my girls would be well rested for their gymnastics meet the next day, which they were not. In the home of the Football Hall of Fame & no NFL channel, really! "new" Eco friendly faucet & water spout leaked.. Hotel was dark, remodel not warm but repressive. Simple breakfast. broken hairdryer no shower curtain. the pillows were uncomfortable and there were no other types available. I feel they should offer at least one less fluffy pillow with the 4 on the bed. Also, although the hotel is designated as non smoking, there was definitely a smoke type odor in our hallway and our room. Don't know if it was fresh or residual. Nothing.
