Price compared to the competitors across the street. Less than half of what they wanted. Close to everything, affordable, clean. Staff good, room good, good price. Location close to everything. Location price comfort. Bed was a nice size. The price was good. every thing. Its more or less conftable. Close to airport.
所有评语 » Good price. location. Close to everything. Well the coffie maker was broken/parts missing. Building is dated, but for the price it was good. Only 2 flat pillows on a king size bed. Only 1 of ea fowl wash cloth for 2 adults. towels & washcloths were the roughest. Need better quality towels & washcloths. The ac noise and the toilet was messed up. It looked sketchy. And when I woke up to check out, there were three cop cars outside the hotel. When I arrive to the Ramada, they didn't have my recervation from you. I have to make other recevation. The Clerk gave me a telephon number to call the office of Ramada and the told me that they can't do nothing because they don't have computer sistem. I pay more for stay in ramada. :(. The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator as advertised, location was very awkward to get to. dammaged linen, rusty tub ,no ironing board , faulty iron had to change out. expected a lot more from the name RAMADA. Room was filthy. Air conditioning didn't work. Shower was dirty & moldy. Staff seemed bothered by questioning guests. The room smelled like someone had been smoking in the room and the toilet ran all day and night. The telephone did not connect to the wall and had to go to the office to report problems. The wi-fi did not work in the room. The room was dirty and the bath tub had not been cleaned. The tv color was very dark and difficult to see the picture. The sheets did not look clean. These things were reported that night but the person on the desk said it needed to be reported to the manager in the morning. Don't stay here unless you need a cheap motel with no amenities. The toilet ran continually, room was dirty, the heater blew only cold air. Bathroom grout was moldy, We didn't feel safe in our room on ground level with outside only entrance. Ramada management take note- this is a sub standard facility you are operating. I mentioned a few problems with the staff member when checking out and he smiled. We left before breakfast was open so cannot comment on it.
