The restaurant food was wonderful with our meals overflowing the plates. The room was updated and clean, and the best was the friendly staff. They deducted the cost of 1 night's stay from our bill (although we did not ask them for a refund), and moved us to another room due to an electric socket issue. Staff on desk extremely helpful.   I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.
