When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. It has perfect, large rooms for NYC, free snacks and soft drinks, a wonderful spa, and enough quirks and charms to make it I suspect the best hotel experience in NYC. You can pay up for a fancy, big lobby but I think this is actually the best hotel experience.

  This is a wonderful hotel, with impeccable design that translates effortlessly from the big picture to the smallest detail.   Our favorite aspect of the room was the bathroom with both a deep soaking tub and a lovely shower with hand held spray. This latter feature is often omitted in even many nicer hotels.
