  The staff is very nice and helpful. It is quiet and well-maintained. The location can't be beat. There is an elevator man which makes coming home at night secure. The room is elegant and spacious, is at least 600 square feet and includes a sleeping area, a kitchenette, a large table, a full-sized couch, three walk in closets, a 42" flat screen tv, ... 别人怎么说 » with plenty of room to spare. - Location was perfect - within walking distance of Central Park,shopping, Rockefeller Center, Times Square, Broadway. Quiet street androoms. Beautifully decorated, spacious, and ultra clean; all staff werefriendly, helpful, and excellent in their jobs; it truly felt like ahome away from home, including the fresh flowers in the foyer. We planon returning for future stays.

  Alex at the desk couldn't have been more accomodating. He went above and beyond. He loaned us umbrellas as well as helping us find an address of my son who wasn't even staying at the hotel.
