Recently opened and rooms and facilities are in top class condition. All the staff were really engaged and working to ensure I had a great stay. I was there for 7 days so longer than most guests.Great rooms that were quiet...a blessing in NY and great linen and beds.V Good food in the restaurant and lively bar area that is the hot place in town currently.Good gym and giant Jacuzzi were good for daily workout.

I liked the location, the staff was excellent, facilities were small but very well-done, but was very comfortable, towels were good. Excellent staff! Eveyone was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean (of course it has only been open for two weeks). It was a small room but designed well for the space, the staff was very pleasant and helpful and the location was good. Staff was superb. Rooms well appointed and stylish. Incredible location in the city. Storage in the rooms was limited so two of you in a room if staying some time may struggle to hang all your clothes and very limited drawer space. To small rooms for longer stay than 2 nights. But OK for NY. Overpriced restaurant, not a lot of food with (really) small portions and not top class quality. The room is not user friendly for a female getting ready, no place to put on makeup or blow dry your hair. The lighting is also poor for this. Also traveling alone, it would have been nice to have a beer in the hotel where you stay. You should have a certain area for guest. I was told breakfast was included but I was charged for it. Small rooms, but large enough to navigate. Food in restaurant only average small portions Evening bar service poor in spite of many staff 15 minutes for 2 gin & tonics! Need to stock decent tonic like Nordic Lighting in room too dull Not enough space for clothes for a 7 day stay Original room had no drawers and tiny hanging space we had 3 coats each 6 pairs of Shoes etc Decor on corridors is awful rooms chichi but dull. small rooms with very small closet. None. Lighting could have been better in the room. An electric kettle in the room would also have been useful. Air conditioning very noisy and insufficient. small room. Rooms are small. Need more places to hang towels in bathroom. My wife is not 5'7" so she could not see in the makeup mirror in the bathroom. Room was a little small New hotel and a few teething issues . Elevators were slow.I am sure they wil be ironed out over time. Te majority of the space in the room was in the hall way. There was NO closet or storage. very small rooms small loby small enterance ugly Corridors. Room ridiculously small. Had to pay extra $150 to upgrade to a junior suite that was in fact the size of a regular room in any other hotel.
