I liked everything (excellent location - near Empire state building, Macy's, Madison square garden, 5th Avenue, clean room, enough space for our luggage, breakfast,...). very helpfull staff and location. Close to all amenities. Es war, wie beim letzten Mal schon, wirklich sehr schön im Comfort Inn Manhattan gewesen! Die Angestellten sind wirklich sehr bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück ist mittlerweile noch besser geworden! Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen ! Der Standort vom Hotel ist wirklich unschlagbar !!!! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt !!.

Free coffee in the lobby is a wonderful touch.The location was perfect for us.It is near Penn Station,Madison Square Garden,Macy's,Empire State Bldg and more. Great location,great staff,perfect stay. Cleanliness of room and bathroom. The room was warm and comfortable. It was nice to have complimentary breakfast each morning . The hotel was very central.There was also a safe in the room. margarite, matthew, milady, james - the staff they were very accomodating.Hotel managers and the front desk staff. The room was a reasonable size and clean. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was so convenient to go anywhere (uptown, downtown) and easy to get taxis.Location was very good, near subway stop and departure point for tourist top bus. Excellent location for visiting Manhattan. That you could get your breakfast. the location was great. location, breakfast. Good location, good breakfast. very convienent. The hotel was what you expect at that price, but nicely in the middle of Manhattan, the room was basic but clean. That hotel has two elevators that are semi fast as well, no need running the stairs. Lobby is fantastic with over 30 ft height but that is not much of a joy.The location is very good. Convenient location. Neighbouring bar/restaurant very good. Room was acceptable. Not much but it was near by where I needed to go. Hotel rooms are a bit dated - Decor needs improving. Nichts !!!!!!!. Rooms were very small for the price but everything else was very good. the location and quantity of ice machines - they only had two and one was not operating.I could hear the tv from the next room (I was in room 205). That was my only unpleasant experience at the hotel. Breakfast area was very badly laid out and people just kept on bumping into each other.A quick observation by management could come up with a much better solution.Bathroom not very confortable but good enough for a vacation. alot of car noise from the street at night. horns blowing ect.Breakfast was something I wouldn´t have payed even a $, just coffee and some toast. Badly organized, sleepy people running around, hassling and making noice. There are some nice coffee shops nearby (good location) and I recommend that you invest 5$ to have your morning coffee outside the hotel. Room sound insulation inexistent. No tea making facilities in room. Building site next door My room had peeling paint, was ok for shower but not for bathing Shabby decor. Breakfast was a bit ad hoc and lacked taste in order and presentaion. Plumbing not working. It was not clean. Very noisy neighbours and neighbourood. I am very unpleased and I don't think I will use this service again.When i order the hotel I got from you the total as $389, when I did the check out I been asked to pay extra tax by the hotel. they charge me for $445 and claim it is letsbookhotel.com problem that the taotal was without the tax.I don't know and I don't realy care if it's the hotel ore the site problem, I think I was treat unfair.
