Good design choices... nice bathroom (very Japanese)... simple, very comfortable, excellent bed/bedding. Highly polished wood floor a wonderful touch (no yukky wall-to-wall.) For this price ... it doesn't get any better. Highest recommendation for a budget hotel. The comfort of the room. The room was clean, comfortable, well decorated with a good bathroom with clean towels. We enjoyed using internet every where in the building and having breakfast service included.

Safe feeling in neighborhood. Very convenient location (in Chinatown, near Soho and Little Italy). The staff was friendly, and the room clean and comfortable. Too noisy. my main complaint would be the opaque window between the bathroom and bedroom -- looks like a nice touch at first, but there's no way to block the light from the bathroom window (whether it's the sun in the morning or the street lights at night). Bit heavy price wise. Didn't like the fact that they tried to charge an $10 just to book a taxi.Some staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and speak broken English only. The location is in China town, and that was not mentioned anywhere. Rooms very compact - very cosy!. Our room was very noisy but another than that we were satisfied with the service. I am not a very picky person when it comes to breakfast, but the selection here was very poor. Could have more to offer that jam and peanut butter to put on your bread.
