The staff was the most efficient and pleasant group we met on this trip (and others) excellent training and personalities great combination. TASHA WATSON was very good at her job. Keep her! She was friendly and happy. The staff was very accommodating. The Greek Olive Resturant that we could access from the interior of the motel. Excellent Greek food. The manager Jim, was great!.
所有评语 » Location. Staff was polite and helpful; shuttle service was good when it ran. The beds were comfortable. Nothing. Manager, was pleasant and seemed that all he did was fix problems the front desk did't care to expend any energy fixing. Somewhat close to downtown New Haven. Water pressure and temperature. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a mold and mildew issue. Bleach & water could help? Feel these conditions are actually harmful to compromised breathing/lung/allergy conditions. I liked that the hotel was close to the highway and it was easy to find. It was very nice, clean, and the staff was very helpful. I feel it was also a good value for the money. This motel is very worn and needs a complete redo. I needed someone to open my door each time I wanted to get in. Key system was not working. The vent in bathroom did not work. Elevator was dirty, especially the floor. They had men with open bottles and drinking. They even took the bottles inside and drank in the breakfast area.... Phone in room never worked; TV in room never worked until someone finally came up late the second night to fix it; no hangers in room when we arrived and it took three requests to get them; only one bath towel and the night clerk seemed insulted when we asked for another. The room had an old smell and the carpets had stains. No hot water on arrival until after midnight. Staff not really concerned and not informed on check in. Well worn and smelly corridors. Room well worn but acceptably clean. Good value for an overnight stay but nothing more. customer service. Front desk rude, bath walls had mold, pool was kermit the frog, color green, hallways needed to be vacuumed. Horrible smell, stains everywhere, bright neon yellow "IKEA" sign facing the window, thin walls that allow you to hear exactly what the people next to, above, and below you are listening to. The place looked terrible. The ceilings were extremely low, holes in doors, carpets and floors were filthy. The breakfast was moderate at best and everything just felt broken or dirty. Very run down motel with few bathroom amenities. Sparse staff could not handle all of the needs of the guests.
