  We found the hotel to be ideally located to walk into town without being in the middle of the crowds. (and there is a free shuttle stop nearby to take you downtown as well.)There were numerous great restaurant options close by. We especially enjoyed Miss Shirley's. The hotel staff was excellent.   My husband and I chose the Historic Inns of Annapolis for a quick get away for our 6th-month anniversary, and we had a wonderful, relaxing time!
