great location, friendly staff, nice room format and general cleanliness. - Big room - Cleanliness - A good stop for the way to Boston. Clean, safe; staff had a great attitude - very friendly. clean, conveniently located, well priced. Just off the highway. It was ok for an overnight stay. I did like having a refrigerator and microwave in the room which was a surprise. The beds were comfortable and roomy. I like the wood floors instead of old smelly carpeting some places have.
所有评语 » Location, room was clean although the smell in the room (maybe from cleaning agents) could have been eliminated by having the A/C on prior to our (guaranteed) arrival. I attended the nascar race at Loudon over the weekend and it was sort of "last week" change of plans and your price fit our budget. Location and cleanliness, ample parking very quiet. the price, pretty spacious and convenient. Reasonably priced and easily accessed. It was priced within budget. The price was right. not much. we were not satisfied, the sink was clogged, we told the staff about it, it was not fixed, we stayed 2 days, what a mistake!. Clean, well marked parking. stain on top sheet of bed. - Next to the HWY. - A fridge & microwave in the room would have been appreciated. too much chlorine in pool. no downstairs room. The room lack some necessities, such tissues, not enough linens. I travel all over the us to attend races and stay at hotels 90% of the time,I can't figure out why the shower heads are so "low," I'm 6'-3" and can not stand under the shower head without bending over. I know I'm taller then the average person but are all of the designers 5'-6" ?. The room smelled off paint. The diverter on the shower did not work in room 208. Room needed another waste basket and chair. the smoking smell inside the room, the noise from outside, the noise of A/C and/or heat unit and the smell from it, we had to turn it off. Heavy cigarette smell throughout. Including counter person. Every other room was smoking so if you reserved non smoking like I did, you still got the smell of smoke in the room. We had a non-smoking room, but it just stunk in there! It was obvious it was a smoking room not too long ago. I found it pretty funny that there was an ashtray in the room, turned upside down, with a no smoking sticker on it! lol. 1" crack under door, bathroom undesirable, no complimentary breakfast. Sketchy staff hanging around, felt like it was a shelter for long term poor or destitute families, heavy heavy heavy chemical smell in the room, did not feel exceptionally safe and secure, I borrowed an iron from the desk and was told to bring it back personally so housekeeping wouldnt steal it!. They did not even provide a tiny bottle of shampoo. I even asked at the desk, and they unaplogetically said they used to have a shampoo 'vending machine' where you could buy it, but they didn't even have THAT any more. Holy cheap! I've gotten much better service for less $ elsewhere. I will not stay there again. Overall experience...uncleanliness of rooms...floors, beds, shower. No screen in window so couldn't open it..our stay was not enjoyable.
