  When we checked in Angela at the front desk was so very helpful. Because we are in our 80's she was offering us a room on the first floor so we would not have to worry with elevators but we chose to be higher so we could use the balcony and watch the ocean.   I love the condo, it was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We stayed in 206H. The patio was not very clean, but did enjoy the ducks from the inside. Pool was nice, did not get to enjoy the Lazy river due to a foot break while staying here. I would recommend. Don't understand the golf thing, because it isn' - Love the units. Spacious and has everything you could need. Staff is very accomodating. I have searched all over the east coast and this is by far the best value...big family looking for lots of space?   I was excited about the reduced golf fees set up between the resort and thirty-two golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Strands. The rates were better than I could have received at the local Senior Center.   The location was perfect, just steps to the beach. Multiple children's pools and splash pools for smaller children. The pools were in an open air covered area as well as outdoors without cover. The pool side bar was great with yummy drinks and reasonable prices and a credit can be added to your room to get your drinks poolside. No cash needed.   This is my second time staying at Monterey Bay Suites. My husband and I really enjoy this hotel because of the location (it's on the end of the beach that is quiet and caters to a more upscale clientele), the friendly service from the members of the front desk and the cleaning staff, the very filling breakfast, the pools (one on the 10th floor and... 别人怎么说 » 2 others on the ground floor), and the access to the beach. The hotel is also very close to all of Myrtle Beach's main attractions, so it never takes - I liked the the fact that it was budget friendly, yet it had everything we needed. The staff were friendly. Our room was always cleaned promptly, and was done neatly. The food was good. Lots of pool space, and access to the beach. We are bikers and they allowed us to take our bikes up to our rooms, where we could put them out in the balcony.
