We were looking for a clean, affordable, comfortable, non-smoking room and found just what we needed at Econo Studios. It's half a mile from Tanger Outlet, yet not too close to the traffic of Ocean Blvd. My husband appreciated the free in-room WiFi. I liked the fridge and microwave. I was surprised to find that the free continental breakfast included eggs and sausage. In the words of my 9 year old daughter, "It was awesome!" We plan to return to Econo Studios next year.
所有评语 » I liked the layout of the suite. It was not too big and not too small. I liked its compactness. It had everything I expected to have available, an iron, fridge, small stove top and a very comfortable bed. The television service was very good. The wifi was good. Good place....mananger was great....next time i will stay there again....clean hotel. Thank you Steve you was great with us.... :) But you need to improve you housekeppers. Cost of stay was a great price. Room was very clean and the staff was very nice and informative about Myrtle Beach and the attractions. The hot breakfast was good. The great proximity to the Tanger Outlet, other shopping, restaurants and attractions. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The price was pretty hard to beat for the amount of days I stayed. The breakfast was a plus as well. The rooms where nice and clean. It was family friendly and was great choice for those on a budget. The room was nice &big &the bathroom was clean &thr shower was good.All I needed. I was able to get the room at the last minute so that we could stay at myrtle beach. It was very clean & we loved the layout with the bar between the beds. Everything was wonderful breakfast staff etc. I will be coming back. It was in a good area, the staff was helpfull with questions. I loved how the staff was so polite and friendly. Very Comfortable beds, it felt clean. For the price it was well worth it. But there was coffee in the lobby so I was put out. Housekepping do not clean my room....i tell to one of the housekepper and she tell me that she dont know nothing about cleaning that i have to go to the front desk.....i dont know why she said that if she was cleaning a room.and that moment. The race track close to the hotel so the low tone rumble of sound could be heard but was gone by 10pm. They could use another waffle iron. Had to wait a little to get to 1the of the two they had. There are some areas that could use some improvement such as the staff were not terribly friendly and having to access the service road was a little tedious at times. The staff at check in didnt seem to be on the same page they need a better flow when there are multiple customers at the counter. tried for hours to reach them by phone but it rang busy. Finally had to call booking. com & have them contact them to explain I was running late. I have no complaints. They weren't to attentive to every other day room cleanings, and had to ask a couple times for our room to be done. I did not like the water pressure for the toilet or shower. Continental breakfast was not that great. I was there at 8:00 and barely any coffee and no creamer. No milk for cereal. I did not like the fact that it was advertised to have wi-fi but did not.Was advertised as having a free breakfast but did not. Supposedly this stuff is on the way but the wifi router has been out for 2 weeks and the breakfast area has been under construction for a month or two. Nothing. Too far away from the main attractions of Myrtle Beach. One of the older men working there wanted to move us to another room because we had a dog and thought we stayed in another room the weekend before and the room had a urine smell and thought it was from our dog. One of the maintenance workers asked my boyfriend if he knew someone that could sell him some weed. (Very unprofessional and rude). It was not clean. There was black mold behind the bathroom door. Shower was not clean, the drain broke, curtain was dangling. Dead bugs in corner of room. Wi-fi was bad. Mant man always rude bug were in coffee and ice machine. Found a half drank coke cand and xcrumbs and wrappers in the room. The hallways smeed like a fishing pier. Staff was coolaining about providing breakfast for guests. The bathroom had mold in it and the drain was nasty. They were doing work on motel in the breakfast area so they didn't serve breakfast that was one of the reasons I book the motel is for the breakfast. housekeeper was very rude. have beg bugs and the toilet kept over flowing. The smell was horrible on the 3rd floor and in the room. I guess because it was smoking. The shower rod was broken so the water soaked the tissue and the floor. And the beds were extremely hard. Room did not have all the things needed, no matress on pull out couch, no sheets,pillows, not enough towels, no Ice bucket. Rude housekeeping staff. Extra supplies were not brought to room we had to go downstairs and ask. Breakfast was very poor quality, microwaved eggs and one waffle iron. People live there. We stayed one night because our other hotel wasn't available that night. The building is run down and dirty outside. Inside is decent. Good luck getting breakfast! The people that live there hog it all up, cut in line, are rude, and once the food is gone it's gone!!!!. I was able to check in at 3pm. But was not able to go to my room until 4, once I was in my room at 4pm I had no towels no toilet paper no shampoo no soap no telephone and it was like pulling teeth to try and get towels the whole time I was there. My third night there I found a roach in the bathroom. The dirty linens from whoever stayed before me were left outside my room door on the floor along with trash untill we said somethin to the front desk. Not the cleanest and skimpy with towels and breakfast. Clorox is needed for the linen and towels. The service was poor, and the breakfast was unorganized. I found a syringe in the hallway. Management needs to step in and manage the hotel. Did not feel very clean Bathroom had wierd odor Bathtub did not drain properly. Towels were dirty , no bathroom condements , dated room not kept clean. Everything about that place . Very unfriendly stuff . very lazy stuff. Very dirty. Hall and room smells very bad. They never clean your room . Lots if trash in hall way. Breakfast was not good. Beaskfast says 6am the lady was behind . She wad outside smoking. Made me angry cause i have plans she did not care. Will never stay there again. Wouldlove to hsve my money back since i had to so all the cleaning in my room . So upset not a good vacation. They messed up my room I had to change rooms, twice and the room that they put us in was not what I paid for, the room was supposed to have two queens beds and a couch and it just had the 2 beds no couch. The toilet was also leaking water from behind the toilet. The cabinet was hanging off in the kitchen area as well. Not a family oriented hotel. The room had a very strong mildew smell. The sheets in the bed were dirty. The phone in the room did not work. The commode was stopped up. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. No milk for cereal and no butter for toast. Very disappointing. the first thing we noticed when we walked in the room was a bad odor. The room itself was run down and in poor condition.The breakfast room was unorganized. They ran out of silverware,coffee and toast. Over all the hotel is in poor condition. The cleaniness. The towels were stained.between the shower and toilet had blood spattered on wall. The carpet had debris from previous construction.the shower had only luke warm water.it was very beautiful and comfortable before it was taken over by econo. Sheets looked unclean...boxspring was sticking up through the mattress and scratched Me. Bathroom needs remodling. Lighting is horrible. service-verypoor hotel -dirty/ burn marks/dirty linen. breakfast area -broken furniture. staff - not very trained. front desk -rude.we got take it or leave it attitude. First rm, not cleaned, beds unmade. Second rm, bathroom not cleaned. Not enough towels and poor qlty Dirty towels lined all hall ways. Smoking at front door. Black mold in bathroom , had to switch rooms twice , nasty , pool very dirty.
