Very comfortable beds, with nice linens. The big screen tv was nice
too. Our king room was spacious with an extra stuffed chair &
ottoman as well as a nice high back desk chair. The desk lady who
checked us in was most helpful asking if we needed a place to eat, and

The staff at the New Victorian always goes out of their way to ensure that I have a great stay. They're friendly, helpful, and very personable. I have stayed in several of the city's hotels, and, certainly for the price, this is my hands-down favorite.
