  What a beautiful town & hotel.Stayed here for 5 days in July as we had travelled to see the Moto Gp racing at Laguna Seca. We had Yamaha & Ducati pit crew staying in our hotel. Well placed for the Harbour and bars etc. Fishermans Wharf is beautiful. must have been around 1000 motorbikes parked n the streets. Amazing place.   Right from the start upon parking our car in valet was A+ service from that point forward. Every member of the staff no matter at what capacity were helpful, friendly, professional, and made you feel special in every way possible. Great staff. The room were very nicely appointed and my wife loved the bathroom soaps, shampoos & conditioners. Although the hotel is in the center of the tourist area, our room was quiet. The parking facilities were across a walkway but quite easy to get to and from. There was a good breakfast selection in the restaurant. The staff were very helpful in providing us with directions to get to San Francisco.

  Hotel is in a great part of the coast between LA and SF. The hotel was comfortable and within walking distance of the shops. We did drive to the old fisherman's wharf. But this was because we were out of time and tired. All part of the hotel were clean but we were a bit disappointed we could not do the laundry after 10 pm. Had a self service laundry. Some rooms have a chaise lounge which was big enough for our 11 year old to sleep on, but make sure you ask for one when you check in. The hotel is on the edge of town, but walking distance to Fishermans wharf. There is a free tram to Cannery row and the aquarium. Best place to eat - Rosines on Alverado street. HUGE portions of cake. Best breakfast - Denny's just across the road.

  Room was spacious and airy. Really quiet. Solid structure, walls kept out the noise. Location - close enough to the center that easily accessible to all the main Monterey attractions but far enough off Cannery row that it was really nice and quiet when it was time to call it a night. What a wonderful surprise--loved the room with all the amenities. Since we arrived at 8 p.m., we didn't have time to enjoy the seating area or the balcony, but we liked having breakfast in the room. Loved the plantings and fountains. Love the location--walked to dinner and in the morning to the wharf. Charming and cozy.

  Easy access to Cannery Row and Fishermans Wharf. Location is stunning. Beautiful room. Great view of the ocean. Friendly and honest staff. We went out for the evening and left the safe door wide open with all our money, passports and travel tickets inside.   We booked the 1110 hotel as our penultimate stop on a 3 week California drive holiday. After reading some negative reviews after booking we were a little wary but needn't have been. The welcome we received when checking in was very warm, the decor was gorgeous and the hotel had a really lovely feel. Steps from the beach, 10 mins stroll to fishermans wharf and main town but without the huge room rate, a love - The lady who checked us in was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The complimentary happy hour was a good opportunity to meet others staying at the hotel and the ambiance was nice, we sat on a sofa by the fireplace. The staff were VERY friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent. The room was totally updated. The bathroom was updated and the shower/jaccuzi was fantastic! The roof was a patio where you can sit and watch the ocean while sipping your drink.
