This hotel was such a refreshing change from the "luxury" hotel we had been in the night before. Everything was clean, staff was always available and very friendly, breakfast was the best we'd had all week traveling through Montana and Wyoming. Valu Inn was excellent. The staff was ready to help, they shuttled me and four overweight suitcases from the airport with a smile and graciousness. The room was immaculate and the bathroom was excellent. Definitely worth many star status.

Staff interaction was friendly and positive...worked well together to make our stay so comfortable!. Good value for the cost of the stay. Helpful and friendly staff with clean rooms and comfortable beds. It was also quiet at night which is something that my wife and I both appreciate more than we can express. My husband and I stay at the Valu Inn because they were very motorcycle friendly the first time we stayed. Staff is always friendly, the breakfast has become huge and the beds are very comfortable. We stay at the valu inn every time we come to missoula. They are so friendly and very motorcycle friendly. Really appreciate the awreness of keeping the bike safe. Beds are great too!. Staff lady let us in a little early as we were tired from driving. Hot breakfast was very good. The place was clean and the people were nice. We enjoyed our stay. Very nice accommodations -- certainly as good as some of the big chains -- at a very good price. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. Staff were very pleasant on check in. Room was clean, comfortable. Breakfast was a step above the usual continental. Very comfortable and lots of little amenities for the price including a great breakfast!. Clean. Attentive staff. On our way to Canada. Breakfast was great. Tasty & good variety. Beds were comfortable also. Staff was very friendly. It was fine bed was comfotable. Probably too much furniture for that size of room, but we didn't lack a thing!. This is picky but, at the time it was frustrating. At one of the four breakfasts I chose some scrambled eggs and they were still frozen. More humorous than anything else in retrospect. The location is a little further away from the town center than we thought, however in a town the size of Missoula it wasn't really an issue. The computer being down. The towel on the floor when we entered the room. The vending machine on our floor not working. The noisey bathtub/shower. Small bathtub & sink area. a little far from the freeway. Nothing. Dated somewhat & there was a hole around the shower head. Staff told us we could stay in the hot tub till 11 as soon as we got in they kicked us out was only about 10:15. She told ys it was a health department rule. Dont buy that though.
