The room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. And the bed and bedding were among the most comfortable that I have ever had at a hotel. I have stayed in some very nice and expensive hotels and this was in the top 5 for cleanliness and comfort. And the best as far as value goes. The price was great. Country Inn & Suites wanted $170.00 for a nite and we paid only $99.00. The breakfast was good and equal to the other hotel. The rooms were very clean, bright lighting and comfortable and we definitely would stay there again.
所有评语 » I loved the room, queen bed suite. The lighting was very bright, and there was a lot of it. In the room was a microwave, fridge, sink (besides the one in the bathroom) and coffee pot. There was a sofa and a counter with 2 chairs. Room was large and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful and near to the entrance. Continental breakfast was very good with many choices ~ the eating space could have been a bit larger though. Our room had all the amenities as higher priced hotels. We had a small refrig, coffee maker, microwave. Our room was very clean including the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, great location right off the highway, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Staff was great, rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Whirlpool, pool & excercise room were a extra bonus and clean. Breakfast each morning was great. Very good breakfast, much more than the typical continental of cereal and some pastries. Fairly large lobby area for the breakfast. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Best hotel I staying of the 9 in this trip. Excellent location - could walk to a great restaurant. Hotel room was fantastic and great value for money. Very good value. Friendly staff, helpful. Cost,room,cleanliness. Other than a bunch of young teenage girls running up and down the halls at 1am. I would have liked a smaller lamp to use when the other person I was with was sleeping. Through no fault of the facility the water was to be turned off on Sunday morning at 10am due to infrastructure work by the city. To be fair I must say there was advance notification posted in multiple locations. This did however precipitate my decision to check out earlier than the advertised departure time. I missed having eggs either scrambled or hard boiled on the breakfast buffet. There really wasn't anything we didn't like about this hotel. Nothing. Only negative was the fitness room. The treadmill was broken, and the room itself wasn't air conditioned, and didn't even have a fan, AND it was right next to the pool, so pretty humid as well as warm. Uncomfortable. Nothing. It takes a while to get used to the ice cold shelled hard-boiled eggs at breakfast - common in the US: why not leave us to shell them?. It was a little far from the beach that we were visiting, but not too bad. Plenty of restaurants in the area offset the negative. When we checked in we were not given any details about breakfast times or how to check out. Very thin walls, we were awakened at 7:00 am by children next door playing with the drawers, opening and closing the doors, crying. Woke us up and we were not able to go back to sleep. We were told that letsbookhotel.com had over sold the hotel, even after the hotel had called and informed them they were fully booked for the night. We got a room with one bed and one foldout sofa. The foldout sofa is not very comfortable. The hot tube was out of service. Would have liked to known that when booking would have stayed some place else. Hallway noises were a bit annoying. Rather limited breakfast options. Slamming doors rattle the room each time someone nearby enters or exits. Entry card reader at side door didn't work. It was all good. not a lot of healthy choices for breakfast. No outside pool:(. Ran out of breakfast items...food as well as cups and such. Had to get clean pillow cases for all 3 pillows, makes me think sheets may have Not been changed either. Dryer was out of order; we had hoped to do some laundry after being on the road several days. Staff directed us to a laudromat. Breakfast was not good for a gluten-intolerant guest. Fruit selection basic--no bananas. They showed I didn't show I had booked a room for that night. nothing everything was great. *Parking was ridiculous *Breakfast Bar was not restocked. Requested suite and was listed as 2 queen beds and a sofa at this location not available was offered credit on bill. With two women traveling one had to sleep on put out sofa. Would have liked more toiletries and a soap dish was needed in the bathroom. Also the bathroom was rather small. Loud wedding guests next room over. Pool was disgusting. Water was filthy. Couldn't see the bottom where it was 2-3 feet deep. Bad odor. A booking error resulted in one of my rooms not being found but the hotel comped a room .This was awsome. The problem is, I was charged for the room they couldn't find!! Still waiting for the credit to show on my bank statement!!. The air unit in our room did not cool the room down our entire stay. Also states smoke free but our bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke really bad, we don't smoke so it was awful. not as clean as previous visits -- hair on the towels and bed linens looked like they'd been slept in.
