The staff emailed me the day before with instructions on how to get in if we were late, I liked the secure free parking in the basement. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we might need, it was clean and bright and very modern. All of the hallways and common areas were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. We will stay there every time we are in Miami. It was very close to everything.
所有评语 » I completely loved staying at Shamrock! It is actually a flat, with proper kitchen, living room, a very nice and huge room and bathroom! It is very comfortable! I am definately going to book this hotel again! The location is good, although I recommend getting a car (the hotel has got garage) to make your experience easier to get to places such as S beach... Good location. Close to delicious restaurants and a grocery store. Free parking, which is essential in Miami. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff contacted me immediately after booking to confirm and give directions. everything's perfect. It's definitely worth the money. We spent three nights there, and we are satisfied with the room, which is very clean, well-equiped and spacious. The apartment was really good. Tha location is exellent. One block away from Coral Way and you have restaurants an shopping centers near by. Spacious apts, exactly what we were looking for, very clean, kitchen fully equipped, very close to restaurants, we're coming back for sure!. Everything was perfect. Very nice and friendly staff. Not expensive. Very calm and comfortable. Apartments are well equipped and good for getting around Miami, Coral Gables etc. Great value for money! Friendly staff. Apartment had everything we needed!. Very good value for money. Spacious and comfortable appartment. Clean, spacious, close to where we needed to be. very well equipped and close to shopping. Everything was amazing!. Clean and good plaice. Large rooms. All. price. None. I enjoyed staying there!. The woman at check-in was not very friendly. She did not greet me when I walked in and I never did see her smile. This place is more of an apartment than a hotel, so you'll be expected to clean the bathroom and take out the garbage, which is very annoying if you're only staying for the weekend. the only minor flaw is about the elevator, which does not allow people to go to the basement directly but have to transfer on the ground floor. It has no pool, we have some problems with the WiFi and we had some problems with the parking spot assigned. parking in the metal racks was a bit tricky but you get used to it after a couple of times. Miami beach not so close, but close to downtown. We had a 1 bedroom which was supposed to have a king bed, however it was a queen. The reception accepted that their web site is incorrect when it states all apartments have a king bed. The television didn't work for 2 days until they changed some decoder box. The telephone never worked. Apparently they had a central problem for a number of apartments and were waiting for pieces to fix it. Tvs were in the bedrooms and not in the lounge. Which we felt was strange, if we wanted to watch TV, we could not do so as a group!. Parking in the basement was not comfortable. Wish it included at least one day of cleaning while our week stay. constant background noise from aircondition. Parking is difficult, lack of luggage carts. No Breakfast. No TV in living room, poor basement parking, cheap beading, street noise 24 hours a day, elevator-only one elevator to parking area.
