The staff was great, very helpful from check in to departure (especially Orlando , one of the shuttle drivers). The shuttle service is very efficient and they also take you to nearby shops and restaurants (including Kmart, Walgreens, Wynn Dixie). If you are planning a trip to Dolphin Mall , there is a shuttle service from the airport @$10 round trip per person open e rated by miami jet tours (you can hop a ride with the hotel shuttle to the airport and back to the hotel when you return). 所有评语 » The staff went out of their way to assist with any query. I had a parcel delivered by Fedex to Element International which FedEx cocked up and delivered to another Hotel in the vicinity. Yamil went out of his way to contact FedEx and trace the parcel. Yamil is really a star. Complimentary breakfast, dinner and airport shuttle included in rate. The room was great. The spaces is very well distributed, the kitchen has everything you'll need and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower head was amazing, I have not enjoyed a shower so much in a long time. Last but not least, very friendly, service oriented staff. The room was wonderful and a great way to pass a day waiting for our evening flight. We relaxed by the pool and it was nice to have full kitchen and living area. The shuttle service was great and very quick to pick us up at the airport. The bed and linens were excellent. Room was new, spacious and well laid-out. Appreciated the modern fixtures and furnishings. Was only there for one night so suite aspect was not used. Nice to know it was there. Also liked seeing younger demographic staying there. Modern, clean, well equiped, studio apartment style, breakfast inc along with light evening meal with wine. I was expecting some package deliveries and there was a little mix up with some of the packages. The person on shift at the front desk said that my packages had not arrived although the supplier stated that they had been delivered two days prior. Anyway,the next morning I asked the person at the front desk to check and got.my packages within five minutes. Impossible not to get the bathroom wet while taking a shower, the door didn't close properly. It would be nice if there is a restaurant in the hotel or a better/more varied selection of food and drink in the shop. Breakfast was so-so. Parking fees. immediate location not ideal for walking and exploring. no local restaurants in walking distance. Elevators are far from the entrance. Location is not so close to south beach. Odd numbered rooms very noisy with plane noise. Got room 155 first and had to move. Then were changed to 339 and it's still noisy...too tired to move!...Also, not all rooms are as spacious as each other. During our first stay, we had a large, quiet room. Now we are back 2 days later and they couldn't find our reservation in their system and we are in a noisy room now. The staff are not very efficient at providing basic tourist info...had to investigate myself on the internet. Location off the beaten path. Nothing in the immediate area. Location. A little bit far from Miami Beach. Breakfast place with less tables and sits than necessary. Parking cost for guests Closer to airport and therefore noisier than expected. Parking paid even without cover. Breakfast is always the same with no much options. Not good for long stays. I didn't like the breakfast. Waiting long for the taxi we ordered. Nothing, as I hired a vehicle. As I traveled in area I found other hotels in no better position. No restaurant at the hotel. A little pricey for what you get. Room wasn't soundproof as advertised. no vending machines. Detour - hard to find the place right now. Had to pay extra to park - a rip-off. Breakfast was to start at 6:30 - and wasn't ready when we got there... No bedding in room for sofa bed (even though the number in our reservation made it clear we needed the bed). There was a problem with my billing and I was overcharged, it was resolved but it took a week. Room was not clean. Sheets were dirty. The service is a nightmare!!!! :(. The cleanliness left something to be desired, upon arrival the bathroom is dirty. The location is awful, ugly place. Parking is paid $ 10 / day. The breakfast is a mess and has no room to sit. A limpeza deixou a desejar, logo na chegada o banheiro esta sujo. A localização é péssima, um lugar feio. O estacionamento é pago 10 dólares/dia.
