Our stay was great! The staff was so helpful...from finding a luggage cart to suggesting that we return our rental car the night before flying! The hotel room was clean,comfortable and spacious! The pool was well maintained! Although we did not use the gym or eat in the restaurant, both looked nice!. we were there for medical tests at Larkin hosp. and were very pleased at the room,the cleanliness and amenities (refig,microwave,coffee maker,for the money we were charged. across the street from the main expressway was also convenient.
所有评语 » We got there early and they allowed us to check in before 3. The price was great! The room was huge and we had a great view of the pool. Staff was very friendly!. Location. For an one.sleep.night near the airport is perfect. Concierge very helpful. And the parking with doors near the rooms. Better impossible. Clean room and bath. Very close to airport. No problems at checking, they took care of my bags the whole day for free and got no problems at all. The fact that the receptionist tried to accomodate me a little earlier than the check in time after she realized I was completely exhausted. The staff was pretty helpful accommodating and welcoming. I loved the location as it was pretty close to airport and shopping areas. Clean, simple room. Coffee maker and refrigerator. <3 Awesomely comfortable chair! Wish I'd had time to swim in the pool. The people there were really nice and helpful. The hotel is nothing special, but if you're on a budget it's a very good option. Very clean, confortable, pool is a nice bonus. Very convenient and reliable shuttle service to airport. The room was excellent, very clean, confortable and attractive. The shuttle service was a nice touch,. I like the attention that I received from the employees. Every one friendly and very professional. Staff promptly changed our room when we had a family with screaming children next door. Thank You. I liked the room because it was clean, close to the convention center, and the view was great. Liked the shuttle from the airport and next morning to port of Miami! Had a Sunday night meal!. Staff were very kind to us and helped us with our doubts on transportation. easy acces to and form main highways , near airport, comfortable room. Room was rather big and clean. Staff was extreamly nice and helpful. this hotel is perfect for vacations, is near to different places. Close to all I need. Shopping, Bank, Casino, Food, Pharmacy,etc. + Comfortable beds + spacious room + bath tub + swimming pool. everything was very nice.all but the ride to the store. Location near airport,. Good place to stay. free shuttle. Everything. All the staff was extremely friendly except one desk clerk (who I later found out was new and confused). Manny, the shuttle driver, was great. He drove us to the local Wal-Mart and even waited since we were only running in for sunblock and had to return to the hotel fairly quickly to catch a different shuttle to the port. We got in late and hungry, but the hotel desk clerk on duty provided us many options for food delivery....and the delivery was QUICK! We even had a few beverages at the attach. The hotel is located next to Miami International Airport, which makes it easy to reach after a long journey. There's a complimentary shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The rooms are large. It´s not far from malls and shopping opportunities if you have a car. Got there before check in time the staff was nice, very clean room, nice bed, cheap shuttle for the city. Spent one night but will come back for shopping, its a hotel just to sleep dont expect too much. You get what you pay for. The rooms were very good nice and big, and very tidy Enjoyed the stay ,except for when I got the bill ,was double the amount, so still waiting for this to be resolved ,hopfully it will be soon. Answered promptly to our complaints on loud neighbors with children horsing around next door to our room. The price was good and the room was attractive- nice TV, attractive bed and furniture. Good, if loud, AC. I only stayed overnight. Its close enough to the airport. Apt shuttle operates since 5am. Very friendly stuff. Clean sheets, look new. Good mattresses. There is not too much that you can say about this hotel except that it is next to the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. construction nearby made the driving a little confusing. the hotel is 1 block No. of the 836. They didn't have anything on their website about a shuttle to the port of Miami for our cruise, or we would have stayed there before our cruise too!. The carpet. Terrible. Dust in evwrywhere. Please, change it. We'll appreciate!!. some common areas are old and with low maintenance. Venezuelan Credit cards don't work (cadivi). Cash or foreign cards have to be used. The fact that I had to sit in the lobby for 6 hrs after a 12 hour trip from Maui bcause it wasn't check in time. 4 different take out flyers under the door is a *little* excessive. No issues for the price paid... we'll ok, the Wi-Fi was very slow and kept dropping out, but if you're there for a short stay, should not be an issue to check emails. Forget YouTube. construction noise from highway next to hotel but I know it's temporary!. The motel itself is old, unattractive, and in what seemed to be an old part of town, not much activity around or near,. The restaurant we don't appreciate it at all. Plastic covers on pillows were very uncomfortable. However understand the reason why they are used.. The night staff was not that friendly. To far away from shopping area and restaurants. Y placed a reservation for a king bed and we were placed in a room with 2 full beds. everything was ok. Far away from the city and most attractions. A car is absolutely required. Nothing. - I included a question to my reservation via letsbookhotel.com (how airport transfer works), but never got an answer. On the phone they told me not to have received the question. letsbookhotel.com told me otherwise... - airport shuttle does not have dedicated stop, and you never know if you are waiting in the right spot - internet was unreliable. the driver gave all 10 of us a ride to walmart .but would not come back to pick us up. after telling us he can come back.went we call .we had to get 2 texi cabs car,and pay $22.08 to get back to the hotel. I can not find one. Sorry!. We did not want a buffet No wake up call Too much noise at night Facility is in a great need of updating. The restaurant. some employments they speek too loud. Lack of maintenance, of six lamps three didn´t work. The sink drain was clogged. Difficult to get to Miami Beach Bed was too firm. Do not order food from the take out places whose flyers are slipped under the door. I was ripped off. I should have known not to trust a restaurant whose address was not listed on the flyer. At no fault to the hotel, there is construction on the streets surrounding the property. There is nothing within walking distance. You are charged an additional fee for using the parking lot. There's no complimentary breakfast, although the onsite restauraunt serves a delicious one for less than uss 10,00. No shopping areas/other restaurants within walking distance. The restaurant is overpriced and smelly and not good at all but its not from the hotel, if you gonna get the shuttle make sure you tell them at what time you get there because ive waited for 2h and be carefull cause there are many days inn, good luck with the couple upstairs hope they dont rock all night like happend with me but its not really the hotel fault. The amount that I was charged was alot more to what was emailed to me ,like double the amount , So I am hoping I will get back what is owing to me????. the wifi was terrible, could hardly get connected and when did, it would cut out almost immedietly.wish they would have offered return shuttle service when our cruise was finished and we were staying another night upon return. The bedspread was soiled. The mattress was plastic covered, therefore sweaty, and 3 of the 4 pillows had similar coverings inside which made them crinkly. All the area is under construction. Very outdated. The access was not good. There wasn't food nearby that was American and not expensive. There were menu's in the room to order food off of which would be delivered. But we wanted to go somewhere to dine. The room was very basic and a little sketchy. Every time someone opened or shut their room doors, it was very loud and would wake us up. The halls were loud during the night with people coming and going. It was fine for one night but nothing special. It is old and they need to modern the furniture in the rooms. Construction in the area too much access difficult drink prices off the chart $21.00 Martini. Staff does not help. Location, In the middle of nothing. Ar conditioner water make noise when water reaches the window!. Its not a very pretty hotel and a little depressing. The shuttle to the airport is the reason people choose this and that is why they can charge close to $100. No reason you would stay here except for the proximity to the airport.
