Although the facility is a bit older, it is well maintained, clean and quiet. The folks put out a good, small continental breakfast that is tasty. Coffee, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, juices and milk are among some of the featured items. No waffle machine but they do offer frozen waffles. Rooms are clean and bed is reasonable comfortable. For the budget minded traveler, it is a good buy for the money. For the business related traveler, also a good buy. For a family looking for a reasonable .
所有评语 » We love this hotel -- enough so that after leaving Memphis for a few days, we rebooked it when we returned. All budget hotel owners need to visit this place. It proves that cleanliness, comfort, and good taste can still be had at an extremely favorable price. Good breakfast, warm and friendly staff, well maintained room and facility. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and small talk when coming and going. Check-in and out was quick and complete.Breakfast was plentiful and in a clean friendly area. I always felt welcome. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean and while the hotel was very basic, it suited our purposes as a nice place to sleep after a long day sightseeing in Memphis. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities felt safe and secure. All of our questions were answered right away. In a fair area of town. Between town and Graceland. Easy drive to either. Staff was very good. Clean and spacious room, quiet and off the beaten track - no freeway noise at all. Check-in person Destiny was great. Hotel clean and very close to the interstate. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean, spacious and comfort. Nice and cosy hotel. We felt very good there. Pink limo ride to Marlowe's to eat...... All was good, especially the price. Location. Cost. It was clean..they kept our rooms made up everyday . Decent room with free internet. The staff were friendly. The staff(Miss Daisy)who checked me in was a little abrasive at first but eventually was very nice towards the end. Would liked to have had the treadmill repaired, but the bike gave me a good workout. Would also have liked more restaurants near by, but all are within a 3 to 5 mile drive. minor repair to details,caulking,towel rack,drapes need attention ,biggest discomfort was pillows. But I had my own so no need to complain.Only one chair in a double room was a little to deal with, but we did it. It had a leaky shower, but I'm sure they took care of it after we left. The desk attendant wrote our concern on the list. Memphis is not an upscale city. Be prudently cautious. Only one restaurant is within walking distance of hotel. Remote from Beale St. where all the live music is located. It wasn't exactly on our route (I40) but so worth the extra time to get there. N/A. N/A. nothing. Hotel Lobby looked ran down. It could use a paint job. How the breakfast was set up the lady watching your every move and would key you take coffee back to your ro. The fact tht I was charged fir two rooms on my card and still haven't recieved it back on my debit card yet be a week tomorrow . This was basically trucker's motel and noisy trucks coming and going all night. Also, iron fence all around gave me the creeps. The shuttle service they offer did not start early enough to get me to the Airport & I feel when they say they offer this service it should be available when needed. breakfast was too bad. The room was not 100% clean. The carpet was a little dirty and the lounge chair had bad stains on it. Also the tv was very poor. Only 3 channels came in clear.
