Moderately surprised at the quality of the room.
The swimming pool and the convenience in location.
The staff was wonderful as well as helpful.
Not Much.
Nothing. No refrigerator in room. Room smelled of smoke but was rented as a non-smoking room. No maid service provided for the stay was left a note tacked to the door that they were to busy to provide the service and was requested to go to the office if we needed clean towels, etc.

The staff weren't very professional, not helpful with the area attractions or eating establishments. Didn't offer a continental breakfast. Room smelled smoky for a non-smoking room. Pool not heated.
The room was so small and no place to put the luggage to open it. No designated place for pets to walk.
Plumbing was installed by a stonemason. Shower cycled between freezing cold to boiling hot.
The whole experience was a nightmare, from the beginning to the end. Room smelled of smoke and was dirty. Bathroom shower, walls and floor were filthy. Will never stay there again.
