Would recommend this hotel for anyone who - It was my daughter and son's first trip to NYC and coming by train it was a very convenient location. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful and locked our luggage after check-out so we could sightsee. The beds are extremely comfortable, room was clean and I felt very safe travelling alone with two young children (10 and 5yrs). Loved the look and style of the hotel. Staff was amazing and VERY accommodating.   The staff was very friendly, the pictures of the hotel is real: "What you see is what you get" - The beds are comfortable, rooms has a good size for a hotel in Manhattan - Clean and nice! On check in we discovered another persons luggage in our room. They promptly removed that and then put us in another room....along with 3 free breakfasts, cocktails, beer and food! Gave us a late check out at no extra cost and the bar staff are very friendly. A great, clean comfortable room and not far from the sights or subway. I would stay again.

I thought the free water bottles in the room were an excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great. In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, I will now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon. - The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.
