I loved the area we were close to everything we needed ,the Hotel itself was great (we plan on returning ), the staff was very professional and nice. It was relaxing and the fact that we got a complimentary upgrade was great!!! The beds/sheets were very soft,fresh and clean. The room was spacious and just what we needed. Thanks. The cleanliness and decor of the room. Great customer service. Everything within reach: restaurants, Target, shopping centers, the beach, Free Shuttle to LAX, peaceful and quiet! Continental Breakfast every morning!.
所有评语 » We did not stay in the hotel Crimson, but in Wave hotel right next to it (they have same owner). We got much better room with a hot tub. Rooms are nice, clean, well equiped, but we missed fridge and microwave. Nice spacious rooms, very clean. Good room facilities inc fridge, lockable safe, iron/board, hairdryer, coffeemaker. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to LAX airport,. It was very convenient to my son & daughter-in-laws apartment and close to the beach. I also liked that it was budget friendly & the staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the in room whirlpool , the comfortable bed , the clean room and the heated pool..all around I give this place two thumbs up. . Convenient to reach, spacious room, clean, good tv-selection, excellent beds, quite decent breakfast. great location helpful, attentive staff good value comfortable room free, ample parking. Rooms very clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Staff were great and so helpful. location was great. Friendly. My bathroom flooded so they upgraded my room. They had a good selection of tours to choose from. The free shuttle to the airport. The staff were quite helpful and addressed you when they saw you. The workers were always courteous. Room had all facilities necessary. Close to beach and short ride to LAX. nearby Manhattan beach. next to el pollo chicken restaurant.. clean. location. Location. Location wasn't far from beach - around half an hour at good pace. Not a bad location for South Bay. Relatively centrally located. Honestly we didn't have any complaints. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Please improve breakfest. Location probably not ideal if you're not driving, but Manhattan Beach walkable in about 25 mins. Even though it was very clean the hotel rooms could use some sprusing up, like, fresh paint, new sheets, & newer carpet. If I had to say something bad about the place it would be that the lights in the bathroom and over the sink were not working in the morning I didnt ask for it to be fixed because we were about to check out. . Unusually noisy refrigerator that made a continuous ticking sound, but mentioned this to staff in the morning and they said they would alert maintenance, so probably fixed by now. spa/sauna not working rather basic breakfast. Sauna out of service, as well as hot tub. Ammenities should be accurate online. Need to sell water. Directions to the place need to be gps friendly.... They didnt know much about public transport. Also, the breakfast was poor. I understand they are repairing all rooms right now but ours was not done yet and was very dark. The toilet had to be held down or would not flush. It is good they are working on the place. Smelt a little fusty. Night reception a little abrupt when arrived. Would benefit a little customer welcome.!. wifi os not very stable. Selection of breakfast items. non-smoking room was smelly. Neighbors celebrated all night on the weekend. First room offered,strong damp smell dark, bathroom tiles missing, paper peeling. 2Nd room not damp but poor- ant infestation in bathroom. Booked 2 nights but stayed 1 because we arrived late like a Motel than Hotel. Abusive staff. More like a motel. Staff member yelled abuse and shouldered the door closed on the breakfast room because I was 1 minute late and only wanted coffee. Took towels from room and never returned clean ones. This motel is only mildly better than being homeless. At least I wouldn't be abused by a staff. Hotel was very tired - at least my room. Needs major update/facelift. Our stay was alright. The rooms weren't very clean. This is a converted Comfort Inn motel and rooms need remodeling. the breakfast menu wasn't great. At first there was yellow cheese, but then there wasn't, for the next few days. There were no eggs. But we were able to buy salad vegetables and eat them for breakfast...
