I liked very much the beautiful breakfast nicely prepared! It was also very convenient to have a laundry facility. I would like to add that the hotel maid of that afternoon was very kind to point out the "ins and outs" of the laundry set up, taking the time to tell me how to get chane and detergent at the front desk.
Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was complete and delicious. The room is always kept clean and the beds and pillows are great for a good rest. Not trace of smoke anywhere (I am VERY sensitive to that).所有 评语 »
Location - easy to find not too far from interstate.

A small lovely hotel close to many shopping areas. Lots of restaurant opportunities around as well:)
I especially liked the lemon infused drinking water and cookies at the lobby that are served all afternoon.
We chose this hotel as a base for exploring attractions in the region, including Hartford, Mystic and the Connecticut River valley and for last minute shopping before heading home. It was a good choice.
It was very nice, loved the breakfast. The facility was clean and everyone was family. We have stayed at the one in RI and that one is even nicer. The people are very, very friendly.
Near to a lot of restaurant, and shopping area. I like the way the inside of the hotel looks. The staff is friendly especially with the kids. The hotel is quiet.
The continental breakfast is terrific with fresh fruit. The decor is lovely and the inn is convenient to malls and the major highway in CT.

Even though most of the staff is positive in attitude, you can understand that they lack expertise and enthusiasm for their jobs.
There was one exception at the lobby - who has been working there more than 10 yrs. She had prepared and left me and my daughter a bag of fresh fruits at our very early - 3 am check out. Thanks lady:)))).
The hotel was having it's bi-annual deep cleaning done, whilst guests were still staying. This on a Sunday, with continuous noise all day, and carpets left damp afterwards, and still damp the following day. Dreadful experience!.
Nothing, really except the place is near a busy highway. I do wish we had time to visit the stores that were nearby but we went down for a funeral.
They ran out of toothpaste. The cleaning person ran out of clean towel It took more than 1hour to get clean towels. Lack of information of what the hotel offer to the customer.

Fan in the bathroom runs when ever the light is on. Really only needed when showering. How ever the fan in our unit was useless. Had to open the door to release steam.
Could be better priced or offer more package deals for multiple day

The door was locked and no staff was at the desk when we arrived around 9:30PM. We waited outside for about 5 minutes before noticing the bell to ring.
The wifi didn't work at all, and the desk person had no way of fixing it. The towels were really terrible, very thin and scratchy. They were almost like kitchen towels.
