Let me start with my initial greeting!! Liz was on the phone with a potential customer or maybe even someone who had a reservation already, anyway another gentleman and myself were waiting to be helped while she was stuck on phone (chatty person on the other line)...... When she hung up she greeted both of us and apologized for the wait. She took care of the man in front of me first, telling him about the breakfast and all.... When I came up I said it's a shame breakfast doesn't start till 6 I'.
所有评语 » We stayed here on our honeymoon trip to get out of the D.C. area and into a more budget friendly motel. The room was clean and cozy. The pool was a nice addition after a long day of walking. There is also a bowling alley located directly beside the motel which is a nice touch for people looking for something close by to do. Friendly staff, very clean, affordable, centrally located. The Manassas location has a 7-11 and a decent restaurant within 50 yards across the parking lot. it is ideal for the traveler. I will stay there every time I come to the area. This is the second Quality Inn our family has stayed in this year. We are very please with the Quality Inn staff and atmosphere. We will continue to book with the Quality Inn chain. went we arrived the management was very friendly and offer good advice on how to travel into and out of the dc area i would stay there again for sure. Not a bad hotel, Bar and restaurant next door, Mackas over the road. Easy parking, room had fridge and coffee, wifi was ok. Bfast was good. we were in the city, but yet in the 'burbs...close to all the cites we wanted to see and go to... very friendly staff,location, easy to find, close to amenities ie gas, restaurants. I felt the motel was a very good deal for the money. Clean and comfortable. It had a nice pool..breakfast was great. It was clean and economical. Good price great location. Close to everything that I wanted to see. Good Location on edge of town near highways and historical sites. close to restaurants outside entrances is very convenient. Clean, near international airport, budget-friendly. Location and prices, room was ok I guess. It was nicer than I thought it would be. the location and price was very good,. The room and staff were fine. The bed and size of the room. everything was aok. Good breakfast. Location. All we needed was a place to overnight following a late flight arrival. Not high expectations for a chain hotel. minimum expectations met. not too impressed with free breakfast - only okay... It was nice having Wi-Fi but it would cut out frequently. Leavening. Nothing. I was very happy!. The room was a little on the small side and not very easy for two people to move around in. However we were really only there to sleep so it worked perfectly for us. nothing. Aircon was noisy, found a flea on my leg. the weather could have been a little warmer...but it is what it is... nothing. Breakfast was a little less than I had expected. The eggs were like rubber. Breakfast area was way too small. mattress was very uncomfortable. Nothing. Loved everything. Difficulty with billing and payment. Breakfast had plastic eggs, Horrible food. It took me 20 minutes to check in due to the staff. could do something with eggs they were like rubber. The pillows were small and flimsy. I did not like the pillows. That we had a smoking room, but no ashtray. tv needs looked at in rm 135.screen to light and contast wasn't very good'. The room was too small. Hard for two people to move at the same time. It was a non-smoking room that smelled like it was the smoking room... the bathtub walls were coming apart (chips flaking off the wall...). The bed was horable, very unconvertble I tried to talk to the manager and she didn't care acted like I was bothering her.
