  Anna, the manager, is kind & goes the extra mile! She upgraded our room without charging. Prior to arriving & checking in our second time, the nice guy at the front desk put the air conditioner on in our room so that when we arrived the room was already cool & also had the TV on.   Location, price, clean, rooms fairly large, at least our's was. Large mall right across street with every thing you could possibly need. Close to all attractions but need car. - great location and excellent value. Rooms were very clean. Hotel itself is older and rundown but was surrounded by upscale areas.
