A really nice place, we stayed here for 5 days over the weekend and it was wonderful. During low season there is no parking problem as mentioned from other guests. The included breakfast is absolutely sufficient to start the day, for more just walk 150m to Washington Blvd. which is also a good location for lunch / dinner. Would / will come again. I love the size of the suite. It was like a 1bedroom apartment and the patio was clean and quiet and right outside - just steps from the sand/beach... What an awesome hotel!!!! The pictures didn't do any justice, it's better than the pictures. They forgot to post pictures of their patios, upstairs and downstairs for the 1bdrm suite's.

This is an excellent choice for the ones who wants to be close to the beach, get a magical view of the sunset/sunrise from the terrace, keep their budget, and still be close to everything "must see" in LA! We'll definitively book this hotel again!. The Staff was great! The location was also great for what I wanted. The breakfast was continental but what they had was fresh.i ate on the patio and enjoyed the brisk morning beach air and it was so relaxing. The view from the roof top was really nice and relaxing also. It was newly remodeled and very clean. The decor--hardwood floors, white and blue theme--was very appealing. The linens were high quality; I loved snuggling in the bed, and the towels were very soft too. (I hate rough towels! )The large fridge was a great feature and the breakfast very good for continental. Also loved the roof top terrace..... The hotel was wonderful! Sparkling clean, great location, helpful and pleasant staff who are expert in their knowledge of the area, it is exactly what it purports to be. A sort of intimate setting....small rooms, but more than adequate for a delightful stay. GREAT value....I would absolutely return!!!. The setting and the view are just perfect. Although I feel my room was quite expensive (it was a USA Holiday weekend maybe that's why) the location is fabulous and things like continental breakfast, WiFi and printing were included. It may not be 5 star but has a 6 star view! I would return. Amazing location, right on the beach. Has a private deck out front where you can watch people walk along beach promenade and a roof deck. Very nice free continental b'fast and free wifi. Staff were very helpful, looking up nearest ER and pharmacy when my boyfriend hurt his ankle. Great location - right on the beach! Very small, but comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast & on-site parking included in price. Lovely patio w/tables on ground level - great for people watching. Also liked the rooftop patio. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. It was a great pleasure to stay in Venice Beach Hotel. So the hotel has an amazing view, the location is great. The breakfast also good. It was so nice having breakfast at terrace with a ocean view :) And special thanks to Greg! He was so nice and friendly. Highly recommended... Excellent location. Directly on Venice Beach boardwalk, next to Venice Pier. Very cute and quaint design and rooms. Clean. Loved the rooftop deck. Bagels, cereal, fresh fruit, coffee, hot chocolate, and orange juice for breakfast. SUPER soft, very nice towels in the bath. We loved the boutique size, great location and views, and the fact it was right on the beachfront, and close to some good restaurants. Staff were very friendly - this place was a gem for us for a couple of days of relaxing before flying home from our holiday. really friendly staff, nice simple breakfast, well briefed on hotel facilities, very helpful manager, great location on beach, nice homely feeling, clean and tidy, great roof top terrace, nice restaurants near by, efficient check in and out with no hassle. Amazing location: waking up by the ocean shore was my favorite thing.. A room with ocean view is a must! The staff were helful and friendly..it s a small boutique hotel but would chalange many big hotel chains in the vicinity. Will come back for sure!. Location was fabulous, right on the Venice Beach boardwalk and the beach itself. Great restaurants and bars within a few meters. We had the patio suite, acres of space and direct acces to the patio area. Staff were super efficient and very friendly. The guy at the reception desk, Lenny, is very nice and Helpful. The place is clean, and have an excellent location, right in front of the beach. They also have a nice place on the roof, to chill watching the sunset having a drink. The room was adorable with and spacious with a kitchenette, a shared patio and it was literally right on the beach. Loved it. The price was so good I was expecting it to be run down and junky but it was amazing. Great staff too. Location is excellent, right on the Ocean walk near the Venice pier. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and bars on Washington and Abbot Kinney. Two patios to relax on, watch the sunset and enjoy a bottle of wine. 24 hour coffee and tea. Breakfast good - overlooking beach offered bagels and fruit, cereal. Bed really comfortable. Luxury toileteries. Parking free we bagged a place outside tge door. View overlooking beach was excellent. The location is fantastic, right on the beach and near some good restaurants. The room was clean but basic. You can eat breakfast on the rooftop which has a lovely view of the ocean. The staff were very helpful and smiley. The location ... great to have breakfast overlooking the ocean on the roof top terrace. Good bars & restaurants within 5 mins walk. Also, do take a walk around the local canal area - lovely houses and a peaceful stroll. Decor, location, bathroom goodies, continental breakfast included, patio, roof with sea-view. Front desk people super helpful and friendly. Perfect little boutique hotel on the beach. We loved it and we will go back. This is a cute little hotel by the beach. The views from the rooftop, the extremely comfortable beds. Todd the manager was very helpful and friendly, carried our heavy bags up to the room, Larry went the extra mile as well. The location was fantastic, our room was really cute and quaint. We had such a fabulous time and we wanted to stay longer. The hotel really exceeded our expectations. I was impressed with the setting and and surprised by the quality of this quaint beach hotel. I would highly recommend it and wish I was able to have stayed longer. Everything. The view is exceptional, the simplicity, design and comfort of the room, the staff Todd and Lenny - so kind and helpful, the cleanliness - everything!. Great location in quieter streets right on the beach a short walk to Muscle Beach area and around the corner from restaurants and cafes. Roof terrace for sunsets. Everything was pretty good. You shouldn't expect great breakfast it's quite simple. It is awesome when you can have your meal enjoying the sunrise and the ocean. This hotel was right on the beach, clean and cozy! The staff was very friendly and helpful. This location is very convenient to anything you want to do in LA!. Appreciated the breakfast and enjoyed the patio & deck for people and sunset watching. Rooms were well thought out for their size. Location was excellent, close to resturants, shopping, bus and both piers. Seaside at the front door. Continental Breakfast was lovely and well presented. nothing. Parking is first come first served but it should be reserved after we arrived since we made an effort in driving early just to get a parking space and had to wait for awhile until check in... It's listed as a hotel but operates more like a B & B which is okay if that's what your looking for. The room I was in was very small and compact. There is no phone in the room so if you have question you have to go down to the desk and only during certain hours (they do provide a number to call in off hours but I was reluctant do so as it was not an emergency). It was very noisy as it has an ally way beside and behind it. There's also walking traffic as well as thin walls. The room wasn't ready until almost 4pm but that was understandable given a holiday weekend. Plus, we used the time to chill out on the ocean front patio,so didn't really mind. The staff kept us informed and were very apologetic. It was the most expensive hotel of my trip especially for the rating but the view + location made it worthwhile. Rooms and beds are a bit small for 2 people. We had 2 rooms - one oceanfront , the other on the back side of building. Oceanfront room could get ocean breezes with windows open. Back room had minimal ventilation even with windows open. In both rooms ceiling fans wobbled when set to highest speeds. The television did not work. There are only 8 parking spots next to the hotel. The bed, although comfortable, was very loud and creaky. Simply sitting on the bed or rolling over made noise. no closet space in room but I think other rooms did have this ok. Just a little note about breakfast: I liked the simplicity of it, enough for the non fussy...tea and Coffee, cereals, juice, fresh fruits and assorted bagels...but i d recomend the hotel provides a little tray to carry the breskfast to the terrace or patio. Nothing. 1. The price was really over rated. Very expensive for a simple room without air conditioning. If you're not on a budget, this wouldn't be a problem. 2. They only have 8 spaces for parking to attend 13 rooms. Small rooms. Shower a bit small. Only 2 small bottles of water for 2 nights stay in room. Parking is limited and its very hard to find space elsewhere in the area. Breakfast options, although free were very limited. Room was on the small side but very comfortable and this downside was more than offset by the benefits of the location. The room was tiny - no space to open up the suitcase. That we had to leave and go home!. Couldn't check in 20 minutes early...but when we did they were friendly and professional. we weren't able to stay a second night, hotel was full:(. coffee, so I did go for tea instead ;). Not enough parking. Small room. Limited hanging space for clothes. Limited number of parking slots. We thought the hotel was expensive for us although the location was a big plus. Parking spaces were very busy, so we didn't risk losing a space and taking the car out, guess it's popular with driving guests!. Room was lovely, but small. You can remedy this by using the shared outdoor patio (with sofa, chairs, tables) as an "extension" of your room. I witnessed a few ants crawling around in my room. The place is boutique (smallish rooms/property) and so your neighbours tend to be very close. There is a quiet time rule from 10pm- 8am however, we stayed with a big group of people from Sweden, who obviously struggled with understanding the quiet-time rule. Limited parking anywhere around!. that I had to leave...... The creaking floor and no tables for breakfast were the only things that made us a bit sad. The parking situation wasn't ideal, but wouldn't prevent me from staying here again. Room little small especially with a baby Breakfast is eat in your room The balcony could have more furniture for relaxing Wifi didn't work in my room had to walk to hallway. The patio chairs need new cushions. Would have appreciated a change of towels in 4 day stay.
