Very clean, staff extremely helpful and accommodating, wasn't glitzy, but had a lovely little pool, spa and sitting area in interior outdoor courtyard and pretty fireside seating as well. Breakfast was uneventful, but enough, same thing every day, but there were hot and cold choices. Parking was also very convenient and included in the price. Great location and close to airport. Hint: take local streets in LA rather than freeways as much as possible--little traffic that way--get a paper map of .
所有评语 » We have stayed here a couple of times now and find it perfect. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived from new zealand at 7am and were not due to get our room until late afternoon, but they were so accomodating they gave us a room straight away. The road outside can be a little noisey so perhaps some earplugs is a good idea. We will definately go back. All elements mentioned / rated above are what one hopes for in a 'hotel'. what stands out over and above these is how you 'feel'. The Inn made me feel really at ease and comfortable - warm, welcomed and relaxed. Not feelings you tend to come across. I know from my short stay there that you have a number of repeat customers and I can completely understand why. The hotel was beautiful and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, with fruit and the essentials, even two picky norwegians found something that worked for our fibercraving stomachs. The room was big and we could easily have stayed more than one night in a place like this. Outside area was great woth a small swimming pool and even a heated jacuzzi!. nice atmosphere. breakfast selections were plentiful to satisfy a variety of appetites. fridge and microwave are nice to have. robes in room. free parking and WIFI. overnight staff were very friendly and helpful. provided a secure feeling when i checked in later than my husband and they called to ensure that my entry was authorized. thank you. On the Saturday morning the road out the front of the hôtel was being broken up with jack hammers from 7.30 am. However, by Sunday afternoon there was a totally new road out the front all completed and in action. Nothing. One thing I did like was that the Breakfast room was not big enough to handle all the people. The rather mediocre breakfast (eggs were inedible) and the plastic utensils. Also did not like the plastic glasses and paper cups in the room. But I suppose that is a sign of the times. nothing. Videos were very expensive to rent Didn't like the disposable plates and cutlery in breakfast bar Pool very small. Nothing. The bed is small and there is more comfortable than it. Nothing. The hotel should be more careful about the parking lot. We had to go to the hospital in the middle of the night. They couldn't find the keys to the car who had parked in front of me. Howeve, the staff was kind enough to offer us a taxi ride at their expense. Nothing. There was no scale to weight my bags before traveling. small pool area. but still nice. i did not care for the expensive car parking, but the valet servcie was quick and efficient and friendly. Bed was uncomfortable. Pool was very small. a little road noise at night. parking can be a bit of a challenge.
