Without exception all staff (from cleaners to management) were friendly, courteous, and eager to please. Nothing was too much trouble For example although on holiday I had an urgent and important document to have scanned to my pc so I could email it to a colleague. This was done by Adam with pleasure and within a few minutes. Regarding travel around the Baltimore area the Manager Ebony introduced herself and offered useful advice. 所有评语 » Everything! The Staff was so pleasant and welcoming. The room was beautifully decorated and so very clean. My friends and I had a girls weekend and we had a great time. Breakfast, which was included with the price of the room, was excellent! I would recommend Fairfield Inns to everyone as I now have a 'new' hotel for all my vacation needs. The big welcome we got when we first arrived at the hotel from a tall, vivacious young woman; and how she remembered that we had come to Baltimore to meet our new grandnephew. The prompt assistance we received from the young man at the front desk when we had trouble with our key cards. It was very clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. The rooms were decorated tastefully.It was conveniently close to Baltimore Harbour. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel and staff were excellent. Caught the shuttle to BWI at 5:00 am. The driver was very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. The front desk staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Breakfast was also very good. The shuttle service to the airport was a great convenience. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff. The rooms were clean, and spacious. There was a variety of choices for the breakfast buffet. We liked everything about the Fairfield Inn. 3 or 4 times per year I stay at the Marriott Shipley, England - it is posher but loses out to the much more friendlier and personal service of the the Fairfield Inn. No complaints!. 1) The fact that our first booking in June did not appear on the front desk computer when we arrived, though our second booking did. 2) The fact that at our second booking, on June 16th, it took three trips to and from the front desk to get two key cards that would open the door to our room. The complimentary breakfast~Powdered eggs, they kept running out of food. One waffle iron, long lines. Noone really supervising the area and replenishing food.The trash cans were over stuffed.The area was a mess. This was the only thing we were dissapointed with at this hotel. I would eat elsewhere for breakfast. I can't complain about anything:). Everything was perfect!. They did not put soap and shampoo in room. Breakfast was a mob seen and only open from 7 to 9:30. That was dissapointing. The hotel was mobbed and there was not enough parking. Nothing. The front desk staff were cold, bordering rude. I had a package delivered ahead of time. The original front desk staff member claimed it had not arrived, even though there were a stack of packages I could see behind her. I learned the next day, my package was on the top of that pile the entire time. It was very noisy. The walls seemed too thin or something…The room could have been cleaner. At least, the bathroom, anyway. The floor hadn't been cleaned behind the door. Makes me wonder about the cleanliness overall. The bed was too high. Lights too bright. Maid service leaves at a certain time. Rooms are only cleaned in the morning. If you sleep in you miss the chance of cleaning. Hotel a bit further from airport than other hotels - ask front desk clerk for explicit instructions for picking up passenger at airport and she gave directions how to return a rental car to lot -. Ants in the room, mostly clean but the corners of rooms. The bathroom shower leaked horribly.
