The person at the front desk when we checked in was so friendly. We traveled with a 6 month old, and she even called up to the room after we were all checked in letting us know that they had pack-and-plays for babies if we needed one. Our initial impression was a great one. I wish I remembered her name. We actually recommended that our parents stay there, who were also passing through the next day, and they did. They had a great experience as well.
所有评语 » Very nice room. It was clean & quiet. The pool felt good after a long day on the road. The front desk staff were pleasant (both evening & morning). Right next door to a great local take-out/eat-in restaurant. This place is amazing! Great amenities! Clean and spacious suites for less than the price of most standard rooms! Also, the staff was super friendly and helpful!!. Night clerk was the best. Helped us get late Thanksgiving dinner. Called for hours before even asked. He was great. Rooms were also great. Would recommend. Hotel was very spacious and clean. We were very impressed with the breakfast selection. Location was great, right off the highway. I liked the price, room was clean, bed comfortable, good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again. Our accommodation was quiet and secluded from the front side of the hotel and we certainly enjoyed the privacy. We chose Countryside Suites based on price. It was better than expected. Clean room with plenty of space. Very nice hotel and room. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was yummy!. Breakfast was minimual actually wad one of the reasons our second night in town we chose a different hotel and that it had no hot tub. Location was convenient. Staff was great. Size of the room. Easy to get to. Nothing. Nothing!. No elevator. It seemed the carpet had been shampooed...damp or the humidity was coming thru the floor (cement). Our room was located in the center of the building and we had trouble with wi-fi connection. We prefer to stay on the south side of Lincoln closer to family. Not a thing. Breakfast was Ok but nothing to brag about. The sheets weren't fresh and clean smelling. No elevator to second floor lacking towels in room - Not enough (only two of each size). A bit tired...hole in blanket, pool needs work. Wallpaper in bathroom was coming off wall. Room 104. Lack of an elevator for getting luggage to second floor. Thermostat was set too high when we got there. Shorted us towels on the second day. No time to call the front desk. Got in late and had to be up early. Noisy. Sink drained very slowly. For as new of a building there seems to be some maintance issues they need to stay on top of that they are over looking!. Bed was hard as a rock and hurt my back. Exit door to inside rooms was not locked the entire time. The dirt in the corners of bathroom were nasty. The furnishings were very tired. Couldn't sleep b/c people above me loud and kept me up all night. Poorly made building with thin walls and can hear everything people are doing in the rooms next to me and above. Will not come back!. Pool was very small. Website deceiving! Specifically booked a hotel with a pool so my children could swim and the pool was a little larger than a hot tub! The room stunk like it wasn't clean.
