Room was dated. Cobwebs on ceilings and mold on the shower curtain. My pet peeve with motels is how good are the showers. I'd rate the one in my room a C. Water savers are nice but so is an invigorating shower. The bathtub and shower where nice and clean. There was pleanty of clean towels and hygiene products. The staff was also very friendly as we'll. Hot tub, coffee in room, good water pressure in shower, staff was nice, good price, nice big bed. Overall, an enjoyable stay..

I booked two rooms but they only had me down for one. They did not believe me until I showed them my reciept. If I hadn't brought my reciept I guess I would have been screwed. The lady working the front desk had meth face and was very sloppy in apperience. The breakfast was nothing to write home about either. Convenient to Kentucky Horse Park, nearby dining was adequate. Check in staff was friendly and efficient. Beds were comfortable. ok place,. price. The breakfast was consistent. The bed was comfortable. Easy to find. Nothing. Nothing. cost. Only good thing was close to highway and amenities. Location was good and staff was friendly. The bath tub jacuzzi jets didn't work. The biscuits at the breakfast bar where terrible. The inside pool was not heated, so was not able to swim (very cold), washing machine broken and had to wring out clothes by hand. The free breakfast was severely lacking and disappointing. Not much to eat at all and what little they did have was not replenished very often. Suction from Jacuzzi bathtub, could be a hazard. Slow elevators. There wasnt any main lights when you flipped the switch on. I don't have any complaints about my stay there. The shower. Our room was across from cleaning staff room - noisy early but other than that it was fine. Think a young child had been in the pool with a diaper on because there where things floating in the water. I could smell cigarette smoke coming into the room from another room. I Have No complaints. Said Breakfast included, but it was more of a continental breakfast and was charged 10 dollars more on the room because of the breakfast. This particular site appeared tired. It is need of some fresh renovations everywhere. The T.V. needs to be upgraded to HD. The breakfast bar was lacking in food selections. The pillow's,Were allfull. lightbulbs not working, meager breakfast-out of fruit. Was approached while unpacking car by a vagrant asking for money. No sweet rolls on continental breakfast. The night clerk was outside the building more than she was inside. When I checked out they charged me a higher rate than I had booked. Luckily I checked the charges before leaving. Nothing. Nothing. Breakfast needs to be until 10:00. Beds were comfortable and price was cheap. Smelled a little funky, there was mold/rot under the window ledge above the a/c unit. Ran out of Breakfast food, made no attempt to replenish. The bathrooms are to small. they didnt honor the price i booked through letsbookhotel.com it was more. i travel there alot and will stay else where next time. there are plenty of hotels at that exit. also breakfast was pretty sad. carpets not very clean or maybe old, smell in the room of cigarrettes even though was not smoking room. Pool didn't have a filter. Water was murky. Air in room didn't work correctly for entire stay regardless of the complaints. The tv didn't work the first night. The room was very worn out. Management didn't seem bothered that room was unexeptable. I will have hard time to stay again. The staff talked on a cell phone on a personal call at the front desk when I was there waiting. There was a lot of black mold around the whole tub. There was coffee still in the pot from the last guest. The TV was old as well as the furniture. The bathroom was so small you had to move to the side to close the door. Room wasn't ready on time. Hole in carpet. No refrigerator. Pool area had very strong colorine smell. No bed spread on bed. Front desk -rude No coffee available Breakfast- stale. When you way in smells bad. Then our room was nasty and bed was broke!. I had reserved a rollaway and they did not have it. I did get it the second night but it was not functioning right and I dont know if the sheets had been changed. Motel needs some upgrades, paint chipping. Coffee was out both mornings. Attitude was "whatever" I was very disappointed and will not stay or advise anyone to. Very old, stains in carpets and walls, room had funny smell. Breakfast was not stocked, we had to go into staff room to get our own items, no one on duty, clerk at desk had to help us and complained about it.
