We forgot one of our bags and didn't realize until we spent the day at the las vegas speedway and started home that the bag was missing. My husband called the hotel and told them what had happened. We got a call about an hour later saying they found it. This was sunday and past the maids hours, the hotel front desk searched for it. How many places would do that for you? We would gladly stay there again, plus it's the closest hotel to the raceway. Great experience and nice people.
所有评语 » The BEDS are super comfortable! The room is very self contained, with kitchenette. Staff are very friendly and professional. Continental breakfast is nutritious and filling. Coffee is good, too! So is the orange juice. Fruits at breakfast!. Being a solo traveler, I felt very safe and secure in staying at the Howard Johnson in this area. The staff and maids were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved having a full kitchen and the staff were accommodating. Getting 20% off at IHOP using my room key was a great surprise!. Room was exceptionally clean and staff was very friendly. Hotel was booked solid, but very quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and I talk to people and recommended the hotel and they switched to your hotel.. Very nice and accommodating staff. Nice room with microwave, stove, fridge, plenty of storage area and locker. The front staffing! Everybody was very friendly and helpful! Would stay again, in the future. I liked the location for where we needed to be. Receptionist very patient and professional. A full size kitchen was great. close to las vegas speedway. very clean. The price. location. Very quiet room, clean, friendly staff. Wish the beds had been queen. White fluorescent lights in the room. Ugh! Very discomfiting. No night lamp by the beds. No silverware and dishes. Plastic and paper would have been fine. I would aldo have liked to have had information in the room about the stores and restaurants in the area. Beds are small and a little uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The beds are hard that is the only thing and I can live with it ..I will stay there again soon.. Low quality mattress. The bed was a little small for 2 people. Also the lights were too bright. Could use a nice bedside lamp. The room was to big!!! I'm not use to having a room that big for little money I spent. :). the bed. a small bed. When I booked It I asked for Hotels near the Gold Coast Casino and It wasn't even close. Put on a smoking floor in a smoking room after requesting and booking a non smoking one due to health reasons. Bed was extremely small and uncomfortable.
