Great hotel, great staff. Met our non-luxury, but clean and comfortable and not necessarily "budget" needs. Good location for Rugby tournament in Sam Boyd Stadium (location was reason we chose the hotel the first time- now we just keep going back b/c we like it). just about everything,about our stay was an excellent .I really liked the cover on the remote control ,cause I take time to clean it very.every time I stay at a motel.But did not need to at this best western,and I really enjoyed not having to clean it.
所有评语 » I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and quality. We normally only stay at Marriott and Hilton properties and this was every bit as nice. We were VERY happy with everything and would stay here again!!!!!!. Easy check-in, check-out. Convenient room location. Exercise room equipment. Easy parking. No casino or slot machine junk. Easy access to the 32-mile running-bike track near Lake Mead. Breakfast and coffee, cookies. Radio. The facilities were very clean and fresh. The breakfast included a wide variety of options. The staff was very helpful and friendly - and I had a lot of questions! The rooms was comfortable and very clean. Great place to stay for a fair rate. Management were attentive and went out of their way to assist. Shuttle made available to drop off and pick up from the local shops. Clean and well maintained. All of the staff at the front desk were super helpful, especially Debra. I was happy to get away from the smoking, gambling, etc. in Vegas. I liked the 24-hour fitness room. This hotel was very clean and well kept. They were very accomodating for my dog too. Can't beat free breakfast every morning and there was so much food to choose from. The rooms was spacious and bathroom was clean as well supllied with all necessary toiletries. Bed was very comfortable. The service was very attentive and helpful. Your hotel was out from strip which resulted in it being much quieter,the room was a good size and breakfast was great,staff excellent,we had a great stay. The location was perfect for us. We were in town to attend a funeral. The breakfast that was offered was good with a wide variety to choose from. The staff was great, they offered a later checkout due our late arrival. The room and facilities was clean as a pin. Will definitely stay again!. Although we could have stayed cheaper in Las Vegas, felt better to stay out of town. All good as far as facilities and breakfast concerned. We especially liked the people at the front desk. They were very helpful when we were trying to find our way around town for restaurants. Even with all the lights on, the room was darker than I'd like. A light on the table-desk would have helped. Nothing. We ate late the first morning we were there because we had been to a show. There was very little left in the breakfast area; there wasn't even brown bread (only white). The second morning was great because we got an early breakfast. Getting to the hotel was a little hard because the directions I got on line were very confusing. I got lost twice trying to get back to the hotel. Breakfast was junkfood - almost. everything was good. Having non-smoking rooms on the same floor as smoking. Car park not really large enough for the number of rooms and we felt our car was very exposed. Nothing. Bar is closed - evidently, permanently. Location is weird. Depressed area, but it feels safe. The location was a bit further away from the eating areas and other main areas. I had requested a handicapped room and bathroom but the tub could not roll a wheelchair in and there were no handicap bars for the toilet. As I had just had back surgery I really was disappointed in this. Breakfast buffet was okay but typical hotel food, could be better. That they didn't have sugar free syrup for our waffles and the maid left 1 wash cloth for the both of us we were there for 4 nights. Parking. Parking. Parking. Not enough. If I have one complaint, its that the rooms need better lighting. breakfast (egg) and pillows (to hard). location iffy. no comment. Computer servers had been down for weeks, causing delays in check-in/out. No excuse for length of outage. We park on street over the night no parking inside. Truck repair outside our room starting work at 6am. After 5pm there is no room service. And I don't mean food. I mean if you need extra towels, or anything, you have to go down to the front desk to get it. The attitude of the staff was "oh well, take it or leave it.". My daughter and I got late (around 9:30 p.m.); we were driving through from college in CA home to CO. I booked online with letsbookhotel.com, but couldn't print the confirmation, so had just written down booking # and online ID. Best Western Plus had no record of our reservation with you, so I had to get a room and pay them. I'm hoping letsbookhotel.com will not charge me. Please let me know how your company works. Air Conditioner did not work properly. Room was warm. Room was pet friendly but had an offensive odor. Not great for pets..no areas to walk them. Unsuitable. staff was slow. never would answer phone. One of the front desk staff was really rude.when we checked out and planed to leave the room at noon,she made a phone call and told us if we don't leave immediately,she will kicked us out.
