The check in process was smooth. I love that they are pet friendly and NO pet fee!!! The breakfast was nice and stall friendly.
Mostely everything. The front desk clerk (can't remember his name) was very professional, kind, and made us feel welcome.
Nice staff. Room was spacious and clean. Quiet. Good location, 5 minutes from mesilla old town.

Nice restaurants local to the hotel and conveniently close to Interstate 10.
the location - it was easy to get to and comfortable bed.
It looked reasonably clean which is important to me.

Beds & linens were very comfortable, the maids were great, breakfast was good. The grounds were very much in need of care.

Bathrooms were not cleaned very well. Tissue box stayed empty for 2 days. Staff in the breakfast area need to smile more and greet guest with "Good Morning". Outside entrance door broken and could not secure.

When checking in front desk should inform you if your room has a refrigerator or not. Not all rooms have refrigerators.
the tub was very clogged stayed at about an inch while I showered and the shower curtain was filthy on the inside.
Breakfast was included with the stay but it was terrible. It would've been better to have just told me no breakfast. I went and had breakfast elsewhere.
the doors into the roons were dirty , lite in bathroom was burnt out, carpet had stains inside and out in the hall,.
I had to wait about 2 hours for my room to be ready for me. Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. I waited until after 5pm. I wasn't happy about that. I was ready to rest and could not.
Air conditioning did not work - scorchingly hot!!.
Towels were thin & scratchy, the bath shower was outdated, old hard to adjust shower,n poor drainage. Alsonwe booked two rooms, one for ourselves and one for 80 yr old mother. There was remodel being done in other rooms and all the furniture was moved into the hall & made it hard for mom with her walker to get through the hall safely.
Even though we have a pet we were disturbed to see lack of clean up
of poop. While we consistently cleaned up after our dog it was
evident few if any one else bothered to take care of it thus creating
a health nuisance.
