  The staff was friendly, room was clean, convenient to everything (incl convention center - 1/2 block),was about $100 less than surrounding hotels, had a separate living room/sitting area (not all rooms are like this, but staff let me pick the layout of my room), had to leave early and they agreed to refund balance on a "non-refundable room! - Roo... 别人怎么说 » m upgrade.   It was great to have a Continental Breakfast at the hotel. We were to busy to go to a restaurant. - very helpful and friendly. Very clean rooms.

  I have stayed there before and found it to be clean, safe, and very friendly. It is also convenient to downtown. I actually was on a tour that ended in Seattle and convinced another couple to stay there also when it ended. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and stored Fran and Mike's bags while we toured the city. I was very pleased a... 别人怎么说 » nd would certainly stay there again. The lady at the check in had a beautiful smile and the bartender was extremely helpful when I wanted something to - Bed was very comfortable, quality linens and towels. Free water bottles. Quality coffee in lobby. Great shower. Nice tvs. Rick at front desk was fantastic. Upgraded us from a deluxe king to a king suite at no charge because of challenging customer service at the 1-800 line. Great location, and we were not bothered by local construction outside our window.
