The room was very clean and functional. The concierge Anita was particularly helpful, attentive and was very personable.   The staff was absolutely great. Lisa was extremely helpful upon check in and when she heard thw news of our concert being postponed was just as great if not more. When rihanna comes back to boston we shall too - We stayed for the Boston Marathon. We wanted a family friendly and nice hotel with a kitchen within a reasonable walking distance from the events. This was exactly what we got. The staff were extremely nice, as are all Bostonians incidentally. The Breakfast buffet was a nice surprise and well done. The pool, although small, was plenty of fun for the kids and just as new and clean as the rest of the hotel.

It seemed a pretty good bargain. Plenty of drawers and hangers. Oh, and the location is absolutely perfect - close to the T, close to the Common, readily accessible (we did not drive).

We were able to park at the hotel at 9am knowing the check-in might need to wait until 4pm so we didn't need to find parking.
