H - The staff are excellent, they always treat me with dignity and respect and the Europa is now my official choice of stay whenever i'm in San Francisco. No outrageous deposits and even booked my airport shuttle without any hassle. My number one recommendation for any budget traveler who wants to stay somewhere in the city that is safe, clean and comfortable.
