The staff are all so nice! When u are a guest at the Mave u are treated like royalty. Even my dog was treated like a princess! Plus the rooms are beautiful, modern & very clean. The beds are so comfy! If u need something all u have to do is call the front desk & no sooner do u hang up the phone are they at your door with whatever u need. Amazing service! Excellent location! I would stay at the Mave every time I need to stay in Manhattan.

Excellent budget hotel much cheaper than most but great value for money. Clean no frills rooms quite large for NYC. We had a Queen bed our room had a small annexe room (no door) for our 18 year old daughter. Each room had a flat screen TV, airconditioners and each a small walk in robe. Quiet rooms comfortable beds. Close to Broadway and shopping.

I loved the hotel. The hotel is old and shows it's age but was very accommodating for experiencing New York and the area. The room was a bit hot, but all things considered like I said it is a old hotel. I would stay there again and again and again. The staff were over top with customer service, anything I asked or I got not problems. The staff. The library was a nice place to meet guests at breakfast time. The breakfasts were great and superb value. Lovely feeling about the place and nice local bar on ground floor. Very quite for such a central location. The staff couldn't have been more helpful.

Loved our short stay here. Great location and charming inn - more like staying in a home than a hotel, which is especially hard to come by in New York. We had large, comfortable room on the main floor. Friendly staff (and friendly cat!), cozy breakfast room. We liked the bar downstairs as well. We will definitely come back here another time.

The rooms were very large for NYC with a nice view of the Empire State Bldg. What I liked the most was how clean and modern the hotel was. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. The rooftop deck provided nice views of the city as well. Breakfast was also a nice feature. Eggs, sausage, fruit, etc. Great value for the money.
