I liked the location, friendly staff and cleanliness. I liked the complimentary Valet parking and the fact that the T is located so close to the hotel and it was so easy to get into Boston using the red line. I liked the fact that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. The view of Charles River was beautiful. Overall a wonderful experience. I also liked the fact that check out was at noon!

The Kendall has a welcoming and helpful staff. They loaned us an

All of the staff were so very friendly and accommodating. Joe, Ralph were the 2 who I dealt with the most and were exceptionally helpful. The breakfasts were very good, the rooms were extremely comfortable. It was great value for the money. We had a room on the top floor with a huge balcony looking out over the city. The room was clean and comfortable with a private bath. There was a microwave and cupboards with dishes. Very convenient. The guest house itself was beautiful, and the staff were very friendly. We were able to park our car right behind the guest house in the public alleyway. It is also near to a subway stop.

The location is wonderful. You're within walking distance to almost everything of interest in the city. There is a Whole Foods next door as well if you want to get something life fresh fruit. The rooms are spacious and clean -- and we got one with a wonderful view of the Charles River. I'm not sure if it was worth all the money we paid for it, but it was a weekend in a centrally-located hotel in Boston. I guess the price made sense.
