  Shuttle was convenient, available and timely. Free Breakfast was delicious, fresh and served up by a very friendly lady! Pool was clean and centrally located. Great vacation was had by the whole family; including 2 teenagers and a 7 year old. - I like that they have a shuttle that takes you downtown or a destination nearby...and they come and pick you up. They are always on time, with personnel that are knowledgeable (except how to get to the freeway) and friendly, it is close to the University - you can walk to many places. There is breakfast and Tullys Coffee in the room. You save on parking because you can walk or take a shuttle. It feels like home,

  It is the best hotel I have stayed this time in USA. There is a coffee machine in the lobby offerig free coffees and teas to guests. The room is clean and comfortable. Even though you are in the middle of the city, setting gives a lodge type feel. It was remarkably quiet at night and I slept with the windows open. Before my conference, I started each morning with a walk around the 18 acre park-like grounds. The staff was top-notch. Friendly and eager to please. I will definitely be back.

  We used the complimentary shuttle service almost everyday, and they were always easy to book and we were usually the only ones on the shuttle. They got us to many places in the U District, as well as to bus stops that would take us to further tourist attractions.   Size of rooms like a small apartment - cleanliness - location - friendly and helpful staff - comfortable beds - everything we needed for our stay - everything worked - refrigerator and microwave were great - free parking was really nice in an area where parking is at a premium - close to great Farmer's Market on Saturday - had A/C but didn't need ... 别人怎么说 » to use it - felt very safe - close to restaurants, grocery, drug store and book store! - The place was very clean. You could smell the lemon fresh scent and there was no dust anywhere. I liked how big the room was and that it was a full suite. I even liked the old fashioned fridge that had to be from the 40'S. The furniture was outdated but in good shape. They at least had an updated tv. Free parking and the neighborhood was much better than what you'd find most budget places in.

  This is a great place to stay. It's a bit away from the city center but they have a shuttle every 30 mins to and from several places in the town ands are flexible about pick up points if they are able to be. Very helpful, professional s - Location was convenient and they had a free area shuttle. Rooms were fairly large and they had 2 sinks, one inside the bathroom, 1 outside. Breakfast was great and the room where it was served was very nice with a great view. Parking garage and free onsite parking was great. Beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave, small refrigerator and coffee maker. Area shuttle drops you off at Seattle Center, Pikes Place Market or Pioneer Square.

  Great location by the waterfront (Lake Union South). Very easy access to I5. Very quiet rooms. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was ideal for our family. The separate bedrooms are either side of the living room/kitchen. Great breakfast, nice (smallish) swimming pool and very quick and easy to get downtown via trolleybus.   Staff who were all so pleasant and very attentive. A request for extra towels and pillows was fulfilled within minutes. The sofabed in the room to accommodate a larger family was excellent. It was the only hotel in Seattle we found that didn't require booking two rooms, therefore making the visit affordable. They were just so much prettier than any hotel I've ever seen. Puckered bed topper with a teal tree design end lay. The view was nice (even though it was the highway). The breakfast was AMAZING, hot and fresh. Access to 24-hour fitness made me feel like management of the hotel knew what they were doing and had good area business relationships.
