The staff was excellent. There was a slight problem with one if our rooms and because of it, we were given a discounted rate and the last day was comped. This saved me over $200.00 and was truly appreciated. -

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very spacious and clean. Having the small kitchenette was helpful as I have a very restrictive diet although the term "fully stocked" kitchen was a bit of an over statement. There were no pots or pans to cook with and no plates to earn on. Maybe you are supposed to bring that stuff??

I liked the location the parking is also free didn't have to pay like other places I've stayed at. There ALOT of close by places like the malls the zoo etc.
