  The location is excellent - right near the subway station, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the beds are comfortable (as in all Courtyard hotels), the room was clean, the hotel has guest laundry facility (this is important to me), the lobby is very pleasent - I would without hesitation recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City... 别人怎么说 » .   From the moment we arrived to when we left everything was just perfect. We drove to nyc and we were pleasantly greeted immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room on the 11 th floor was perfect. Just enough room. Great design and spotless! I give this hotel an a+. The location is great, close to east village and soho! The location is great because the subway is just a block north of the hotel and it is in the heart of a revitalized district of of New York. The room I stayed in was both functional and just the right size for a solo traveller or a couple.

  Was my first time at a Four Points Sheraton. I signed up for a frequent visitor card. I thought the free water bottles in the room were an excellent touch, also the free hot apple cider in the lobby was great. In my upcoming travel to nyc and other cities, I will now always try to stay at a Four Points Shertaon. - The front desk girls were amazing .... very happy and extremely helpful. We had room 1601 (on the 16th floor) and had a view of the Empire State Building which was fab. The hotel was very quite at night .... just what we wanted. We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to friends/family. For the money, it far exceeded our expectations. Greenwich and Soho are literally on the doorstep, so great for eating and shopping.

We went to celebrate my partners 30th and they help arrange champagne and chocolate Strawberries for our arrival in the room and managed to upgrade us and give us an early check in. The plunge bar was very cool and had some cocktails which were great. When it came to leaving as we wasn't able to get back to ou - Loved the convenience of the drive up and valet, although $50 wa a little expensive. $265 room with 2 lunch salads and 1 small pot of coffee and a bottle of water (room service) and valet put the room charge to $460. Ended up being pretty expensive for one night. We may consider staying again, but more expensive than we expected.

The pool is great - at times (weekend afternoons when the sun is out) it is quite a "scene" which might annoy someone looking to relax but it is what it is (and at other times it is very relaxing). The restaurants are very good and the rooftop bar/club PHD is great on a Saturday (although be aware that it is run separately from the hotel so after 11 or so, being a hotel guest does not guarantee access). When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny.
