When I booked, I mentioned that I am disabled, but forgot to specify a ground-floor. When I called the hotel a couple of days before we arrived, they were VERY accommodating to put us on the first floor, two doors down from the office. Fantastic!! Staff very helpful. Room spacious (we were a family of 4 with 2 older teens), bathroom recently renovated we think, free parking and only 25 minute walk to Union Station, excellent value for money for a family visiting the Capital City on a budget.
