  My daughter and I were fortunate to get a room at the back of the hotel, which kept us from hearing any noises from other guests passing by our room. Location is literally accross the street from Disneyland/California Adventure, right by the front entrance, making it very easy to go back to your room and crash for quick nap before resuming your da... 别人怎么说 » y at the park. You can't get much closer to the Disneyland entrance gates than this hotel. Also within easy walking distance of several restaurants. Nice rooms, pool is a big plus for the kids. Check out is at 11am but if you want to spend a last, full day at the park you can arrange to pay a parking fee and leave your car at the hotel.   The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the main gate of Disneyland. Around the hotel there are several food places to eat. The Valet service was amazing! Such good guys and worth paying them to park my car instead of paying the hotel the same amount and attempt to find a parking spot.   We were afraid that at these prices we've be staying in a scroungy place, but we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice big safe that our laptop fit into, clean rooms with fridge and microwave, and right across from the main entrance to the park. We move here from a very expensive place down the road and wished we'd started out here. Staff were very friendly and helpful. - This is the second time that we have stayed here and I have been happy both times. There isn't anything fancy about this hotel, but the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly and the pool is well maintained and to top it off you can't beat the location. The hotel is right across the street from Disneyland. Which is nice after you have been at the park and just want to get back to your to your room. Especially if you have young children.

  I like this place much better than the Annabella, which we stayed at over our honeymoon, and it's about the same distance from the park, just on the opposite side of the property.   The staff lead by Upali, was family! The room was always clean and stocked well,and each day we would return, to find the beds made up with all of our Amusement park toys and animals decorating the beds and room! The kids loved it, and we felt like family. It was also fun to meet the guests in the parking lot to watch Disney's nightly fireworks! Super helpful with all inquiries and generally just friendly. Definitely get bang for your buck. My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and never once did the staff disappoint. If you ask the management about short cuts to Disney it's only a 5 min walk to the trams so we were able to go in and out of Disney in about 20 min for quick changes or mid day naps no problem. Love this place!

  I was a little worried about the shower issue that people were complaining about. Honestly, this place is great. No shower problems. I stayed during the week but there was still people staying there. The breakfast that they offered was great. Cereal, toast, bagels, coffee,juice(apple and Orange) and waffles. I would stay - Staff always nice friendly and on top of cleaning. Real close to Disneyland and great view to see fireworks.   Very pleased with all aspects of this hotel! The guest service reps. were very helpful and promt with whatever information I needed. The facility was updated, clean and very Comfortable. The room was spacious with enough room for our luggage, my 4 yr old's restlessness and my disabled husband's wheelchair! My family will definitely stay here again on our next trip!! - The spacious room, was very clean as well. Room came with complimentary Starbucks coffees and teas. Very clean hallway and elevator. Lobby looks very luxurious. Shuttle service to Disney goes every 30 mins from the hotel, and every 15 and 45 minutes from the Disney, very convenient overall. I will stay again in Sheraton when I'm going to Disneyland.
