  You can walk to the piers from this hotel, its .8 miles away so not bad at all.   This hotel is "top drawer" all the way! - The hotel was quite grand, and very luxerious in the common areas. The location worked well for us, as we seemed to be no more than a 10 minute cab ride from just about every where we went. The view from our Tower room was the clincher. We had a beautiful bay view.

General ambience,decor and atmosphere was good especially cocktail bar and live music. Considering it was a city hotel with obviously limited space we really enjoyed our stay there.

  I found the service to be excellent and it started way before we even arrived. The concierge helped us to find the right tour companies and plan out our trip so it was everything we wanted. Gliezl at the front desk was amazing and moved us to a quiet floor after moving twice due to the thinness of the walls.
